I've had the pleasure of using their services twice already. The first time, a few spokes needed to be re-laced, and the second time, I just needed a quick update for our e-bike. In both cases, communication was straightforward and friendly. Appointments were available at short notice, and the prices were reasonable both times! I'll definitely be back!

I had my custom road bike designed and built here. Professional advice and collaborative development of the design concept were very important to me. Due to the tight supply chain, things weren't entirely straightforward, but in the end, the bike turned out fantastic. I also found the price to be extremely fair. Since the owner is a passionate cyclist himself, he's extremely knowledgeable about the latest technology, so I could completely rely on his recommendations, even when changes to the originally planned configuration were necessary due to supply chain issues. Plus, you can chat about cycling in a relaxed atmosphere and pick up a few tips and tricks. My highest recommendation!

Exceptionally friendly and caring and oh so helpful, don't know how I would have gotten home with my one kid in the trailer either. We had to wait, but hey, the area around here is good for a walk, too, and bike shops are insanely busy these days, yet, you squeezed us in. We will most definitely be back. Thank you so much. I forgot to say we are so glad we had our 'break down' in your vicinity and not elsewhere :)
