Ordered a Cube Kathmandu trekking bike. Specifcations lists a Suntour Mobie35 EQ Air. I received a lower spec Mobie34.. No solution/remedy from support. Very dissapointed. What you see on the website is NOT what you receive apparently..

We had an appointment to pick up two bicycles ordered under my name. When we placed the order, your colleague assured us a €50 discount per bike, which is why we traveled to Bonn in person instead of ordering online. To our great disappointment, this agreement was not honored when we arrived. While the staff on-site were friendly and helpful, no solution was offered to resolve the misunderstanding. We ultimately felt compelled to purchase the bikes anyway due to the long journey we had already made. We are very dissatisfied with this experience and the failure to uphold a promised agreement.

I ordered a Suntour SF17 NCX-E RL Air 28" 63 Disc Tapered Remote fork. In the description, is stated that it has a 63 mm travel. I was delivered the NCX30 version with a 50 mm travel. I filed a complaint, and you replied that I should return the product at my own expense. It is not my fault that the product does not match the description! Very unacceptable the answers from the support team. I sent all evidences and they even are not acknowledging the fault! Very unhappy with the online store!

Excellence consultation and exactly what we were looking for. One phone call and an hour later our (almost) 9 year old is driving home with his dream bike in the car. Great service!

The sales people are either overwhelmed and not available or so overworked that they no longer care as the client is just one of too many. When we picked up the bike, there were like 20 different things checked but somehow noone noticed that there were scratches hidden behind the price tag which conveniently they forgot to remove. I had to come back twice for a new bike and despite agreed pick up time the following day, the bike was forgotten and not done. The staff at the pick up had a "I don't care" attitude and when asked for the supervisor, he was not available. Finally, after 40 minutes! Waiting time the supervisor showed up only to tell me that I didn't have to buy the bike there. If I wasn't with my kid there for the 3rd time, I would have canceled the order. This place obviously makes too much money to care. It's my first and last purchase here and I would advise that you also look elsewhere or be disappointed!

... I feel very happy with my new stereo 170 TM. The staff Jonas B. was very friendly and he always gave me a good atmosphere at the Megastore-Shop. His motivation to find the best bike and the best price, of course, was certainly very aussm. Great guy and staff!!!! Noe si My new bro. I'm bonn 😉

Avoid this shop, if you want to have a bike and ride it without problems. 1.I bought a new bike and the next week the crank set falled I injured my leg. 2.The fork is leaking oil 3.The rear derailleur do not work properly 4.No options for guarantee works in the local shops 5.If there is a problem with the bike it should be sent back and you remain without bike at least for 2 weeks. 6.At the question why i can't repair it at the local Cube store in Hannover, because I work with my bike and cannot loose my job, I was told that it is not their problem. I think they should revise their service solutions to give a better experience to the customer and to allow us to repair our bikes at the local workshops. P.S. The problem with the crank was handled very well by Bike Discount.They replied quickly and send me the new crank wich was installed at the local shop and the bill was payed by Bike Discount.
