The advice was great! However, I have to assume the store has closed. The order date was May 15th. It's now June 10th, and the answering machine keeps saying the store is closed due to illness.

I had a major shock absorber service done there. I got an appointment relatively quickly. The work was carried out fast and very professionally. I was very satisfied. A great team and reasonable value for money. I will definitely take my mountain bike there again.

We can only say top-notch! 👍😎 Repair of a DVO Onyx DC D1 29-inch DH suspension fork. No other workshop seems to be familiar with DVO forks or simply won't work on them. This was different, and it wasn't a problem at all. Especially since they explained right from the start what needed to be done... probably, how much it would cost, and how long it might take. The fork was ready for its next ride in less than a week. We even got the defective parts to take with us for reference. Absolutely fantastic service here, not just the workshop, but also the lady in the shop ☺️🌺 super kind and helpful. A bike shop and workshop that we'd happily recommend. We're happy to drive 92 kilometers each way 🚗 for this. Honest, friendly, and personable – what more could you want? 👍😎 Thank you so much! 🌺

Truly excellent advice. I wish I had bought my company bike directly here. My bike is a dream and fits perfectly. I'm really very satisfied, and I'll definitely get my next bike here too (a person needs more than one bike :D). I scoured almost every bike shop in Bonn looking for a bike, and this one really stood out. Thank you :) Even after buying my bike, I came back to the shop a few times and picked up various other products. I'm really glad I got my bike here. The location in the city center is also even better. Besides, without the great advice here, I would have bought the wrong size even though I researched for ages. After 600 km on the bike, I haven't had a single problem with the saddle or anything else, which is definitely also due to the bike being properly adjusted. The good reviews speak for themselves :)

I went there looking for a saddle because of persistent pain on longer rides. The service was excellent – ​​very competent and friendly. The young lady took plenty of time. It's great that they have the option to measure your sit bone width and recommend something accordingly. After the first test ride, I'm more than happy with my purchase. Overall, it's a very nice little shop that seems to be very well stocked! I will definitely go there again; it gets full marks from me!

I really enjoyed my experience with the shop. My frame 🐓 broke. I brought it in, they diagnosed it very quickly, fixed it, and delivered it two days earlier than stated. I really liked the order notification system. I received an SMS confirming that your part had arrived and you could pick it up. The service was good and fast. You can immediately reserve a spot for a part replacement since they have a workshop with the necessary tools and equipment on site. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend visiting anyone who owns a bicycle or is planning to buy one!
