I arrived just before closing time with a partially broken dynamo light. The team was incredibly friendly, immediately looked at the light, and properly reattached the pinched cables – all free of charge! I'll gladly come back here in the future, whether for repairs or bicycle accessories; they seem to be very well-equipped for that too! Thank you so much!

Dear Team at the Bonn Bike Shop, Thank you so much for being there! I am absolutely thrilled with the bike shop! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and really take their time for their customers. The service is first-class – my bike was repaired quickly and professionally. Regarding the saddle purchase: It wasn't agreed in advance that saddle assembly would cost money. I was only told that there would be a charge if I didn't buy the saddle. Even that seems questionable to me, because how can you test a saddle if it's not assembled? This is precisely one of the reasons why online shopping often seems more attractive these days than in-store consultations. There, I can order, test, and return saddles in peace without being charged for a basic requirement like assembly. In addition, I find the prices for seat posts here to be overpriced compared to other specialist shops where I've shopped before. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this store.

I've been here with several bikes and have always been treated very courteously. All the staff are incredibly competent and helpful. I arrived shortly before closing time, and they still managed to repair my entire front wheel. That's really not something you can take for granted. They truly live and breathe cycling here!

Great shop! I was impressed by the personalized and friendly service. I found my dream bike and I'm thrilled and very happy! Excellent value for money! And before I rode off, they checked everything on the bike again and adjusted the saddle and handlebars to my perfect height. Highly recommended! 👍

Came in after hours with a flat- even while the guy was off the clock, he still fixed it within 10 minutes! Super Place!
