After four years, I've now bought my third e-bike from Buschbike. Compared to other dealers in Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district, Buschbike stood out with the best advice and ultimately the best price. In addition to the expert sales advice, the truly excellent and customer-oriented workshop also deserves a mention. Therefore, five out of five stars.

Excellent, comprehensive advice and good service. You have to look hard to find that these days, but you'll find it here.

We bought two R&M e-bikes in the spring of the pandemic. Our first visit was spontaneous, and despite the restrictions, they took the time to provide us with friendly and valuable information. Our second visit was by appointment, and we received a thorough and expert consultation over two hours, including test rides of various e-bikes! We hadn't experienced this level of service before and were happy to invest our €9,000 at Buschbike. At the handover, the bikes were adjusted and fitted to our needs – everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team. Uli P. and Martina B.

We were ready to buy two high-end e-bikes. Even though we arrived a little late (45 minutes before closing time), didn't have an appointment, and were personally acquainted with the owner, we felt pretty snubbed. Nevertheless, we looked around thoroughly and found some of the bikes to be okay. However, we would have liked to talk to someone about it. At some point, a woman approached us and at least asked what we were looking for. Since we had precise ideas about features, motor, bike type, battery capacity, etc., she pointed us to a bike that was in the workshop. It wasn't refurbished, but still. Then it disappeared and was never seen again. We then recommended ourselves. We've since purchased two great e-bikes for a total of 7,000. The other shop wanted our money. Poor service, Mr. Busch. That's not how you treat customers who, by the way, have already made a purchase!

Owner's response

Dear Werner, I'm surprised. Due to the extraordinary demand after the pandemic, we were overwhelmed, so we introduced appointments to allow each customer who logs in to dedicate an hour to them. This procedure is clearly and prominently displayed on our website and on our shop door. At the time you arrived, all four of us sales staff were either working with or assisting customers. My wife, by the way, disappeared as she was advising a customer. I really can't see any lack of service there – not even with the best intentions. And I did explain the situation to you briefly when you arrived. But fortunately, you found what you were looking for elsewhere, so I suppose your disappointment wasn't too great in the end. Nevertheless, best regards to our mutual (former) colleagues – and sorry for not giving you the special treatment you deserved.
