I'm a beginner e-bike rider and inherited one. When it indicated it needed servicing, I called Sammy Goetsch, she scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Since I mentioned I was a beginner, she also gave me some helpful tips. All in all, a very satisfactory result, highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the eBike Experience Center. The purchase itself was fine, but the after-sales service was extremely disappointing. I had to wait an exceptionally long time for my bike. Delivery problems can happen – what absolutely failed here was the communication. I wasn't proactively informed even once and had to call for every update myself. Only after the fourth or fifth inquiry was I suddenly told that the bike had arrived and I could pick it up. The inspection was also poorly organized. I was constantly put off, and I would have been charged the full price without even mentioning it, even though I bought the bike there less than a year ago and was entitled to a discount. A specialist retailer should know this. The same thing happened with additional parts I ordered: They eventually arrived – I only found out about it by inquiring again. Overall, I got the impression that they couldn't even identify my bike or my purchase, which is simply unprofessional for a high-priced product. When I had problems with my bike, I was often just given the runaround on the phone instead of being taken seriously or receiving competent support. I'm very annoyed that I bought my bike there and absolutely cannot recommend the eBike Experience Center!!!

My husband went to the shop today to pick up his repaired bicycle. According to him, he has never been treated so rudely in the shop before. The woman was very unfriendly to him. Very sad, we have been customers for years!

The consultation was first-class, and they found the perfect model to suit our needs. Any problems that arose were resolved quickly and proactively, and the workshop service we've used since for inspections and minor repairs has also worked flawlessly. Bonus points for their friendly and patient approach to small children!

Thanks to Sammy for the very competent and comprehensive advice. He's a true specialist shop, not comparable to the big bike stores in Bonn where you're practically ignored when you walk in. I'm sure the service will be just as good as the initial consultation. See you soon!

We visited the shop today to get advice on two e-bikes for tracking. Sammy gave us a super friendly welcome and asked us all about our needs. She then showed us different models, and we were able to test ride them outside. In the end, we chose the first bikes she showed us. She really took her time with us. It's nothing like those big bike shops where you're treated like an afterthought. Thanks, Sammy! 😊👍🏻

On my first ride with my new e-bike, I needed to check the pressure in the suspension fork, but I didn't have a shock pump. So I quickly stopped by the e-bike center around the corner (which unfortunately doesn't carry my bike's brand) and asked if they could help me out with some air. The friendly bike mechanic, Sammy, immediately grabbed her pump and explained where to find the pressure chart on the fork tube. Ten minutes later, I was back outside. Thanks a lot! And I'll definitely stop by again for accessories.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this shop. I was advised by a nice young woman who knows exactly what she's talking about. She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and after testing three e-bikes, I found the right one. Customer service is a top priority here. She took a lot of time with me, and after thoroughly processing the order and completing the final inspection, I was finally able to pick up my e-bike. I'm absolutely satisfied and can highly recommend this shop in Bonn-Duisdorf. I absolutely can't complain about the price-performance ratio; the e-bike is high-quality, and you get value for your money here. I'll be happy to visit this shop again anytime and look forward to my next visit.😊😊😊

I bought a used Dutch bike that had been on my wishlist for a long time. Unfortunately, the light wasn't working anymore, and after a small bike accident, I knew it had to go to the shop. The team at E-bike Erlebnis-Center completely restored my bike, making it feel like new! They replaced the rear tire, swapped out the lights both front and back, and fixed the squeaky brakes. Thanks to their fast and professional service, I can now ride safely and confidently through the autumn. Big thanks again for the amazing work!

Mr Lieberz technically very skilled and helpful in making a complex choice since I am overweight. Allowed me to try several bikes and gave extremely useful advice. Plus very friendly and receptive for custom questions. 11/10!!
