Very friendly and competent staff! Even when I had a problem with my MTB gears, I was able to come to the workshop at short notice, without an appointment. The gears were then repaired within an hour. I've already bought two bikes there, and the advice was excellent both times. They really took their time and addressed the specific requirements I had for the different bikes.

I've now bought my second bike there. The advice was excellent and competent. But I think it's even more important that you receive excellent support after the purchase. Help is provided quickly and without red tape. This is what makes Hübel and the entire team simply outstanding. And I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this. My experience with the Hübel team In short: I'm very satisfied. Selling a bike and configuring it together is one thing – the patience and willingness of the workshop staff to then adjust everything perfectly is another. In the end, David said: "Now everything is good." And it was. I enjoy every moment on my Checkmate. Thank you!

I had a bad day Today with my bike ride and my shifter suddenly explodes and i found this Bike/Repair Shop. they Helped me repair my bike immediely and also gave me spare parts. People are also very friendly and they speak English so its not difficult to communicate if you are a foreigner. i will highly recommend this Shop. keep up the good work guys. Kudos. thank you very much. i wont hesitate to come back if i have problems with my bike in the Future. 5 stars for you

While doing general maintenance and trying to find a creaking sound, I foolishly sliced my Di2 battery wire running to the seat post.... I shot over to the shop and asked when they could squeeze me in for and appointment, nothing understandably available for 2 weeks.... But, being the incredible people they are, the suggested to do a quick soldering so I could ride in the interim. Riding rule #1 always find an amazing shop near your home! :)

One 'technician' broke my EUR 60 Maxle by overtightening it like an amateur and said 'bad luck - components can break at any time' while the owner looked on. No replacement or discount offered. Would give zero stars but the guy at the counter was a really nice easygoing guy.
