Way too expensive! It's already a disaster when I'm offered Nike shoes at JD for €180, but then find the same ones online for €90. In my opinion, JD is a complete rip-off! I don't recommend them!

I tried on shoes from the sale rack (Black Friday promotion) that were clearly marked with a discounted tag. At the checkout, I was suddenly charged the regular price (the tag had been removed by staff when I asked for a second pair to try on; the first pair, with the tag still attached, had been taken from me beforehand). The excuse was that a customer must have stuck the tag on incorrectly. (That was impossible, since the price was clearly marked before and after). What mattered, they said, was the price at the register. Sorry, I can fool myself just fine, thank you very much. No wonder so many people only shop online these days.

Like many others, I've had the same experience: the item price at the checkout was higher than the price tag. "The manufacturer recently made a price adjustment. We haven't added new labels yet." The employee was then unwilling to accept the lower price indicated on the product. Therefore, no purchase. No go! Never again!

I wish there was a 0 star option, made us wait for about 15 minutes to get a shoe, mind you the store was empty except for the employees that are here clearly not to do their job, in fact the shoe I wanted had the sale tag on it and apparently was still sold at its original price (based on what they said, it was due to staff not removing it which just proves my point at them not doing their job).

Cheaters, lazy staff. They will charge you the original price although the item on sale. The cashier has the audacity to say we forgot to remove the tag days ago. Many staff in the store but they’re busy hanging out and talking to each other. And if you stand up for yourself they’ll make fun of you.
