Nice shop, nice selection, but the older lady provided terrible service. Pushy and disrespectful. The shop has potential, but the wrong salespeople.

It's a nice shop in itself, but the old lady with the neck tattoo at the checkout is unfortunately quite unfriendly. She should reconsider her way of addressing customers, because after I politely declined her advice, her annoyed reply, "We're at Lacoste here, things are different, you'll just take the shelf apart," sounds quite disrespectful... What a shame!

I absolutely LOVE this shop!!! 🥰 I drive to Bonn 5-6 times a year just for this... my daughter and I always receive fantastic, expert advice from Ms. Bassen and her colleagues. Sometimes there's even a champagne reception 🥂. You just feel completely at ease... like we're sitting in Ms. Bassen's living room. 😇 I can wholeheartedly recommend the shop in Bonn. Stop by and see for yourselves! ❤️ P.S. (Hoping you read this!) Thank you again for the consultation on Saturday, dear Ms. Bassen! The beautiful, colorful polo shirt and the matching sneakers were a HUGE hit at today's meeting! 🤩😍

What a shame! The nonsense being written here is outrageous...!! I, a "foreigner" and "dark-skinned," have been visiting the store for years, often with several people who look exactly like me, "which doesn't bother the employees at all," and have never had a negative experience here. Quite the opposite! We were always greeted warmly and looked after, and our questions were answered with a smile...!!! 5 stars for the two lovely ladies!!

I can recommend this store to absolutely everyone! I've been a regular customer at the Lacoste store in Bonn for years and I'm constantly amazed by how fantastic it is. The staff are incredibly friendly and always put a smile on your face as soon as you walk in and out. The service is superb! I have to say, I never leave without buying something. Unfortunately, like in any profession, the work isn't always appreciated, but you guys are amazing!!! A huge thank you to the blonde lady who's always there for you. I'll definitely be back!

A huge thank you to the two sales assistants!! They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Even with my son's numerous requests and seemingly endless changes of mind, they remained friendly and helpful throughout. Even when I dropped the gift (a glass bottle) and it broke, it wasn't a problem at all. 🙈 I immediately received a replacement, and Mr. Khettabi and Ms. Bassen (I hope I remember correctly 😬) took care of cleaning it. Thank you for being such kind and friendly sales assistants!!

Lacoste itself is a very good brand. It's high quality and looks good. Negative: the store never has special offers or something like that like other stores have it..
