I appreciated the store’s expertise in helping me find the right running shoes, but I was disappointed that the price for sole adjustments during the testing of the shoes was not communicated until they had scanned everything. They cost €64.95 and I was only made aware of this charge at checkout, which was frustrating as I was not given the chance to decide beforehand and would've changed my decision on the shoes otherwise. I have also clearly informed them of my purchase budget and accepted that the shoes I picked was slightly above my initial budget. Therefore the sole adjustments cost was really surprising. I reached out to the store via email to resolve this issue, but I have not received any response after a week. I recommend that the store improves transparency by informing customers upfront about any extra costs before making adjustments. I also advise customers to be very clear about their budget and explicitly ask for the price of everything that is recommended/under the term adjustments to avoid unexpected charges. Edit: they have not responded to my email queries regarding the added sole. I also have worn the shoes now for about 6 months. The very narrow shoes they recommended with the added sole causes severe pain around my arch which when used for prolonged period causes the pain to travel upwards to my hip. Mind you I used the shoes everyday to try to get used to it. So now I don't use the shoes that were costing me 250euros to begin with 🥲

Terrible service. I bought a pair of running shoes at a pop up store, which was represented by Laufladen. Unfortunately, the shoes were too small. After waiting for a long time to be served, the lady in the shop said they were not eligible for a refund. I ended up leaving as she was so rude and blamed me for buying the wrong size. Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Best running store in the Cologne Bonn region. Individual running analysis and purchase advice helped me find the right shoe. I got a top offer and was able to order the shoe I wanted because the color was not in stock. The community run make the experience perfect. Running together every Wednesday in a nice community is super fun. An absolute recommendation.

Decided to be a bit more active and got my first proper pair of running shoes here after being fitted a few years back. Long story short in a few weeks I hope to be lining up with Eliud Kipchoge in Berlin to beat his marathon world record.

Can’t believe I hadn’t rated this store before. I come here all. the. time. Anything running related I might need I always find there. All my shoes, my gear, my tech. It’s always from the Laufladen and they never fail to give good advice. Also love love love the community run every Wednesday and have found some wonderful new friends there. Can’t recommend this store and all it is associated with enough!

We had the best experience today! I can’t believe I didn’t catch the name of the lovely sales associate who helped my daughter but she was knowledgeable, kind, and patient as my daughter tried on what felt like 25 pairs of shoes. Fantastic selection and fair prices!

Great new store that actually focuses on running. They have a big range of different running brands there and a lot to choose from. The staff is very friendly and everybody either has a running or sporty background. They also host a variety of running related events you can check out. Definitely would recommend

Having been insulted out of a running shop in Siegburg for being much heavier than their usual patrons I was really nervous about venturing into another running shop. Wow, what a difference. Really helpful advice (being filmed from behind whilst running on a treadmill was a new experience for me) with tips on exercises to strengthen my ankles and loosen my right hip. Time taken to suggest the best options for me and for me to try them out for as long as I wanted until I reached my decision - including the offer to run outside if I wanted! Finally tactful and honest advice on when I should plan to replace my new shoes. I left the shop feeling positive and optimistic about my exercise plans rather than ashamed and embarrassed that I should even consider such a thing (as I did in siegburg). I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.
