Since I moved to Friesdorf, I've been going to natürlichRAD for bigger and smaller problems, and I've never been disappointed. Even though some things seemed a bit expensive, I've been there twice as often and paid nothing or very little for small things. Plus, I've always received good advice. I'm so glad this store exists!

If you get advice here to buy a new bike, you'll get a really good and suitable one. If you bring your own bike, get advice, and have it adjusted if necessary, you'll end up comfortably riding your current bike and able to ride efficiently, with minimal strain on your joints and energy. Is it more expensive here than at a special offer from a huge retailer? Probably not: You get the bike that suits you, that you can ride well, a solid, truly sustainable bike. For me personally, the best advice I've ever received. Thank you!

In response to my spontaneous inquiry, I was offered a quick and easy repair appointment for my Ampler Stout: straightening a bent derailleur hanger, adjusting the gears, and freeing up a brake caliper. It's great to see things being repaired these days instead of simply replaced! Everything was done perfectly, quickly, and at a fair price.

A quick phone call with a super friendly and helpful employee who, despite being swamped with work, took time out of their way at short notice. On-site, they performed a highly competent, quick, and effective diagnosis, identified the problem immediately, and even during their lunch break, they addressed and resolved it. Thank you! 😁

Excellent road bike rental for €26/day and €63/weekend, including helmet upon request; bikes can be returned the following morning. Tour recommendations and a bit of technical discussion or small talk with the owner complete the package.

Super friendly boss and staff. I came in for something completely different, but a coat that didn't fit was fixed immediately, even though I didn't have an appointment and it was just before closing time. Respect. A short conversation was enough to confirm their expertise. If I have a problem, I'll be there again. Thank you.

I've taken my brother's bike to this workshop twice now. It was repaired very quickly and professionally. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I can't comment on the repair price, as I haven't had the opportunity to compare it to other places. I will definitely use this workshop again if needed. I give it 5 stars.
