The service team was extremely professional and nice. They only fixed what was really needed to be fixed and the bike returned as new. The whole inspection, repair/part change only took less than 6 hours.

Deadline met. I was having problems with my mechanical SRAM derailleur on my road bike. I received a call back at 7 pm that same day. The next morning at 7 am, I got an email saying the bike was ready. When I picked it up, the mechanic explained the repair process and the problem in detail. Extremely satisfied. I can highly recommend them.

The workshop crew was friendly and repaired on time. The personal touch that I miss in the big bike shops is what I find here. They check the bike's problem with you and discuss about the problem, eventually take the bike and fix it on time. Mostly the updates and the bills come over the mail.

I had a problem with the gears on my new bike not bought from Hoenig. The booked me in next day at 0900. Told me the are not able to fix the gears something wrong with the frame. The saved me a lot of hassel, gave me a straight diagnosis. Send bike back not usable. I can recommend Bike shop Hoenig whole heartedly frindly service and constructive advice.

I have been to this store a couple times now for maintenance or repairs on both my road bike and our family Lastenrad. I wholeheartedly recommend this store: professional, friendly, competent and fast. It is a busy store and there is a constant flow of customers, but everything from a drop-in visit to making an appointment went quickly and smoothly. 5-stars.

VERY cool dudes working here. I am technically challenged even with things as simple as changing a bike tire and they lent me some tools and checked up on me during the two hours it took for me to replace an inner tube. Super nice and helpful!
