Today, someone in downtown Bonn unscrewed the valve on my rear wheel and took it with them. At the Rückenwind bike shop, they helped me immediately "for a penny" :-). Thank you so much! That was super nice.

This little bike shop is a real hidden gem! Completely spontaneous, friendly, competent, and reliable – every repair is done quickly and professionally. We take our entire company fleet there and are always thrilled. The work is top-notch, the prices are fair, and the friendly team is simply wonderful. A particular highlight: the selection of compact bikes is fantastic – practical, modern, and perfect for the city. A shop with heart and soul – highly recommended!!! This bike shop may be small, but it's excellent. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. The team puts thought into finding customer-oriented solutions to problems without immediately trying to sell or replace parts. I needed to replace the front chainring, rear cassette, and chain on my rear-wheel-drive e-bike. They gave me such good advice that I was ultimately able to do it myself. I happily ordered some parts from the shop, even though they would certainly have been cheaper online. But such great service is worth the price. I will always seek their professional advice again when I need it. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike shop. Many thanks to the entire team!
