I really liked doing business here. I was nervous because I don't speak German. When I went in the man working at the desk was very willing to work with me through Google translate and by the end I had successfully rented a bike for 6 days. I did hit a snag as well. I lost the bike chain just minutes after leaving and didnt find it on my way back to the shop. The man was justifiably a little frustrated with me, but gently explained that my deposit would go towards paying for it if I can't find it and gave me another. I found it later that day with a little plastic piece on it broken. Though I stated I was in agreement if they want to keep the deposit, the man still gave me the deposit back. This place is great to do business with and when I come back to Bonn I plan to visit them again.

We rented a regular bike, an e-bike, and helmets for the day. They were in excellent shape and the staff was very helpful in showing us the details of how to use the bike. They are open late so we were able to ride all day. The trails are gorgeous along the river from Bonn. I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the team to my emails in advance of our stay.

€10 for the day. €30 deposit. Really helpful staff. City bike, basket and lock. Cycled the Rheine path to Bad Godesberg. Lovely and flat. 100% recommend.

Very rude staff with no desire to rent out a bike or provide information to the customer. The person at the desk was bored to be there and the prices are also extremely expensive for what is being offered. Better to use the city bikes.

Surprising range of parts and expert service! I had been looking for non-main stream tires and inner tubes (long valve stem) and did not find them anywhere in Bonn. The guys knew exactly what I wanted and had them in stock.

Amazing experience renting for 4 hours (8€). Bicycle with integrated locker and very easy to cycle, brakes and gears working well. Staff was helpful, despite some not talking English, they figured a way to assist.

Very nice Bikes to rent. 100,- deposit and you can rent an pedelec or other cool bike like a tandem for a bit more than 20,- Euros the whole day. Also a very friendly service from the stuff!

This is an excellent bike rental. It's right next door to the main train station. The price is very good. The bikes are not the swankiest or latest models, but they are quite sturdy and solid; they are also quite were maintained. I cycled over 100km along the Rhine Valley with the bike that I rented and I had absolutely no problems (well, apart from the very hard seat). The staff are very helpful and efficient. I will definitely be renting from them in the future

Very easy to rent two bikes for the day! Will recommend and use again. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, though one did bark at us for putting the bikes we wanted to return in the wrong place

Alles sehr gut! Faultless service from a convenient location. Only reason for the 4 star is that the bike I rented hadn't been cleaned leaving me and clothes dirty as soon as I mounted!
