Monday, I bought new cleats for 150€ and was quite excited, unfortunately over the week I developed bleeding in my feet due to the cleats Sunday, I thought I could break them in but I couldn't so I decided to go back to sportcheck to purchase new ones. One of the employees realized and asked me about my old cleats. I told him about the issues and he was so nice, he offered a full refund and a new pair!! Amazing!!!

Very friendly but completely untrained staff that lacks the most basics about outdoor activities and the gear needed (which also is not sold here). This is a city store focused on city people who need a 3-layered goretex jacket while biking 200m to their bakery next door because it's cool to be outdoorsy, not towards people who actually get out into the wild for a weekend...

Good Store, with pretty much all the products related to sports and fitness available here. Price are quite reasonable as well.

Went there right after the Lockdown was lifted. The staff is very helpful, and are present at all sport sections, hence one doesn't have to roam around looking for them. The staff helped me pick the right type of shoes. Even the till colleagues are very pleasant. Would definitely go there for my next sport shopping!
