Absolutely top-notch fitness shop! A huge selection of high-quality products – from supplements and training equipment to sportswear. The advice was competent, honest, and not at all pushy. You can immediately tell that they have expertise and a passion for fitness. I especially appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the fast service. Very friendly and competent advice, from the product itself to the services. Update: After a week, the device I purchased was offered at a reduced price. Upon inquiry, the difference was promptly refunded without any problems. That's true customer service and customer loyalty.

We've purchased equipment from Fitshop several times, most recently a massage machine. The consultants always take their time and have a wealth of information to share. We'd especially like to commend Timon, who, with his friendly and relaxed manner and patience, truly caters to customer needs. The quality of the equipment has always impressed us.

The on-site consultation was excellent. The salesperson took plenty of time and provided expert assistance. The selection of cross trainers (for home use) in the showroom was essentially limited to models starting at €1,200. This generally met my expectations, as I had budgeted a total of under €1,500, including disposal of my old machine, extended warranty, and assembly, and I had clearly communicated this from the outset. Based on the salesperson's recommendation, I opted for a model from their own brand, which was on sale for €1,199 instead of €1,499. However, at the checkout, after deducting the discounts and adding the service charges, I was quoted a final price of almost €1,600. This included €205 for delivery and assembly, plus an additional €50 for the removal and disposal of my old machine. I've never experienced anything like this for the disposal of an old machine when purchasing a new one – especially since the salesperson carried the brand and even had it on display. Up until now, all the retailers/suppliers I've dealt with have offered free take-back and repair services. I was obligated to take back old devices without my involvement. Since my budget was clearly defined and these additional costs were beyond my means, I decided against making the purchase. Therefore, my impression remains mixed: The consultation was friendly and technically convincing, but the outcome regarding pricing and transparency was unsatisfactory.
