I can highly recommend them. Competent, fair, and objective. Keep it up. I've already purchased two bikes there, one for myself and, a year later, one for my wife. I've already ridden over 30,000 km and have had wear parts like chainrings, chains, etc. replaced along the way. Everything was excellent. Wilfried G. For me, as a cycling enthusiast, this is the place to go. You can tell the owner loves bikes himself and treats them accordingly. Even though my bike was purchased online, he serviced it perfectly without any disapproving looks. A small, independent shop with absolutely fantastic advice and even better service.

Excellent bike shop with a great selection of bikes. We bought a 2023 Gazelle Avignon and are very happy with both the bike and the shop owner. I also had my Cube Reaction serviced there; highly recommended, perfect.

I bought a Stevens trekking bike a few years ago. Unfortunately, the bike I bought was a "Monday-old" model. This manifested itself in the fact that after three months, the rear brake started squeaking and had virtually no braking power. I complained immediately. They said the problem was supposedly fixed. After another three months, the same problem recurred. This repeated itself four more times, and each time I was assured that the problem had been finally fixed, which was never true, as the braking performance deteriorated significantly again after some time. The whole thing was very frustrating for me because I ultimately bought a defective, expensive bike, and the bike shop very cleverly wiggled out of the warranty. In retrospect, it's surprising that the bike shop could/could install and adjust a conventional disc brake correctly. It's actually a nice bike shop, but after this experience, I won't be buying a bike from there again.

My parents bought my bikes here when I was a child. Excellent, personalized service. Maintaining a good customer relationship is a priority here. When my daughter's bike helmet broke, he repaired the strap free of charge—he could have sold us a new one instead. Now that's what I call customer service!

I've bought all my bikes here in recent years. Friendly, competent service. Uncomplicated and, if possible, "immediately." Mr. Funke is the only person besides me who's allowed to work on my bike. 😉👌 Update April 2023: Another exemplary service experience.

We bought our son's balance bike there. I've rarely experienced such a generous amount of time spent advising customers and encountering such friendly staff. Our son had a blast because he was included in the process. He even got to go into the bike workshop – fantastic! You're happy to pay a bit more there than you would online. The shop has absolute expertise. So, if you need a bike in Bottrop and the surrounding area, go there; they don't just want to sell you something, they want to advise and inform you.
