Actually, even one star is too much. If the owner refuses to perform a standard repair on a hardware store e-bike—in this case, replacing the tires—because of some nonsense about warranty and so on, it shows that customer satisfaction and potential customer loyalty aren't his top priority. Sure, I'll definitely get a decent e-bike someday. But never again in this shop!!!

Top bike shop! 👍🏻 I went there yesterday on a whim because my rear brake was rubbing and I'm going on vacation next week. Thanks to the competent and friendly service, I was able to pick up my bike today and nothing stands in the way of my trip. I can highly recommend this shop. Great service at a great price. I had the worst experience in my life when I visited this shop. The service is not expected to be better when needed to repair a small spare part that will take one day. Also had to charge quite expensive fees for that small normal brand brake paddle. I will never visit this shop again.
