Well, not so great. You drop off the bike downtown, conveniently close to where I live, but you have to pick it up at the train station, and on top of that, you have to deal with limited opening hours. The real kicker, though, is that I dropped off my e-bike there with a flat tire and had them replace all the tires. When I picked it up, they'd fitted narrower tires instead of the original wide ones. I didn't pay much attention to it at first, but later I realized that the ride comfort had suffered because they had to be inflated to 4 bar. The real kicker, though, was that when I complained, the owner tried to tell me they couldn't fit wider tires because they'd hit the fender. Huh? They were on there before. So, that's just nonsense. I've since had the original size tires fitted at a competitor's shop. So, this dealer has definitely ruled himself out for future repairs and for any new bike purchases. So, this dealer is definitely out of the running for me. Oh, and it's not exactly cheap, by the way.

My bike brakes broke down in the middle of my vacation, and the rest of my trip was in jeopardy. While searching for a quick repair shop, I was recommended Radstation Brühl. They repaired my bike quickly and at a very reasonable price, so my vacation could continue as planned. Thank you!

I often don't have the patience or time to spend a lot of time on my bike, so I usually put it off for a long time. I was there quite spontaneously, and they were able to get it done right away. My bike only needed a few minor repairs and needed to be ready for spring. So, adjusting the gears, some oil, brakes... It was really quick, and the price was really good, too! The staff are friendly, and what I really liked was that they didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. I'd be happy to go back.
