I'd gladly use their services again. Booking an appointment is very easy online. Drop-off and pick-up went perfectly, and the bike runs like new again after the service.

I only popped in briefly to ask if they could help me with a lock problem on my car's bike rack – even though that's not really their area of expertise. Several locks and even the manufacturer hadn't been able to solve the problem. The guy was incredibly helpful, even watched YouTube videos and didn't give up until he got it working. And in the end, he didn't even want any money! Truly excellent service – I'll definitely be back, this time with my bike!

Excellent, friendly, and competent service. I stopped by because my car's transmission wasn't working properly. They helped me quickly and easily. You can also buy individual parts from them. I'll definitely be back!

Krämer in Brühl is an institution – we bought our two Cube e-bikes there and received excellent advice from the very first contact. And the service is top-notch; even if you suddenly hit a flat tire, you'll receive prompt assistance. All recommended accessories have proven to be high-quality, durable, and practical. I deliberately chose Krämer to purchase my new e-bike – here, service, expertise, and individual needs are truly the focus, unlike typical wholesalers. The advice was personal, honest, and transparent. You immediately notice that they work with passion and expertise, rather than with "mass production" and lackluster service. I'm happy to pay a little more for my bike if I get such top-notch service – before, during, and after the purchase. For me, this was absolutely the right decision.
