Something broke on my bike during a ride. Even though I didn't buy the bike there, I received immediate help. They were very friendly and solution-oriented. Without them, the ride would have ended very unpleasantly. Highly recommended!

I felt very comfortable with the Fahrrad-Krämer team from the very beginning. Even though I arrived with little knowledge and hardly any prior experience, I was immediately greeted warmly and given expert advice. The team took plenty of time for me, my questions, and a thorough introduction. I never felt like I didn't know enough. On the contrary: everything was explained patiently and clearly. I found my dream bike 😊. I feel I'm in excellent hands and can highly recommend Fahrrad-Krämer. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Fahrrad Krämer is the perfect example of why, for a larger purchase, you should choose a local shop over an online retailer. From the first-class, patiently answered advice and support during the test ride to the step-by-step explanation of the ordering process, I felt well taken care of and valued. Fahrrad Krämer was and is THE place to go for all things cycling in Brühl and the surrounding area. Special thanks to Thilo and Nils. Keep up the great work!

Top Service - Highly Recommended We bought our e-mountain bikes in 2020 from Krämer and deliberately chose this store because good service is very important to us. Even after several years, we can say: It was absolutely the right decision! The team is very competent and helpful. Whether it's major issues or minor adjustments – we always received quick and uncomplicated assistance. Here, service is truly a way of life and doesn't end with the sale. A definite recommendation! 👍🚴‍♂️

Highly recommended! We bought a bike for our daughter at Fahrrad Krämer in Brühl. The team was incredibly friendly, took plenty of time, and explained everything clearly. Our daughter felt comfortable right away and is now riding with great joy. Fantastic service and a great selection! Update: Two weeks later, it was my turn. I received excellent advice from Nils. A test ride was offered, which was very helpful in making my decision. Many thanks to Nils and the entire team!

I take advantage of the "one-stop shop" service in my neighborhood, meaning I buy a new bike from Krämer and get regular inspections and repairs (my bike is fully insured). From this perspective, I can only give it a positive review. The prompt appointment scheduling and quick repairs are remarkable, so my bike is practically always available to me. Even with minor issues, I always get immediate help, and my questions are answered competently. I get the full benefit of what you can only expect from a specialist bike shop.

Very bad experience with their service. I wanted to bring my bicycle, which I bought through Jobrad, in for servicing, but I was told they wouldn't perform the service if I hadn't bought the bicycle from them. You want to pay them and need their service, but they refuse you.

Anyone who buys from large, XXL dealers knows what it's like: Weeks of waiting for repairs or inspections. Then driving the bike there, then picking it up again. It costs a lot of money and time. That's why I chose the local dealer – where my dream bike from Riese & Müller wasn't even any more expensive. The Krämer team also takes plenty of time to answer all questions – even after the bike has been purchased. That's the big difference compared to wholesalers. Try to have a conversation or ask questions afterward. No one will have time for that. If not all the employees are busy selling, they're always available for a chat during opening hours. They're also very interested in hearing about their customers' experiences. I can recommend this team without reservation. And it's probably no coincidence that it seems like every other bike in the region has that little Krämer sticker on its fender ;-)
