I was at Mr. Hunke's again earlier, without an appointment, of course. I had a clicking noise in the front steering wheel. Since another customer was just coming out of the workshop, I simply walked in through the open door. Mr. Hunke came out with me and fixed the whole thing for half the price I would have paid for the replacement part alone elsewhere. The man is simply fantastic!

Mr. Hunke is fantastic!!! He's incredibly skilled and, on top of that, works quickly, affordably, and conscientiously. He's also a really nice person—what more could you want? 😃👍 I would have given him 10 stars. I'll always take my bike to him if I have any problems.

Highly recommended! I've been there several times. The first time, I needed a new cassette for my rear wheel. Mr. Hunke took a look, told me the price, gave me a loaner bike, and it was ready the next day. The price was fair, and everything was perfect! Recently, I needed a mountain bike with hydraulic brakes. He said it might cost around €100, but the next day he called to say he'd fixed it for €35! I highly recommend them! I've only had good experiences! Mr. Hunke is an absolute cycling expert, knows exactly what he's doing, and clearly enjoys it. You can tell immediately. He's also very friendly and personable. He's always my first port of call whenever I have a problem with my bike. The best guy!

Yesterday, I dropped my bike off there after scheduling an appointment. They did an inspection, adjusted the brakes and handlebars, and checked that everything was tight. I'm satisfied. For a small fee, the friendly Mr. Hunke checked everything. I was able to pick up my bike again today. So, very fast service, top-notch!

Excellent service and unbeatable prices! We had our two e-bikes serviced. After calling, we got an appointment for the very next day and were able to pick them up just two days later. Mr. Hunke did a fantastic job; the bikes ride like new again, and he even straightened bent mudguards, something others might not have even noticed.

Top service! I'm truly impressed! The gentleman was very friendly and the advice seemed competent. Instead of immediately buying everything new, he first looked at what could be repaired or adjusted for a small amount of money! Many companies could learn a thing or two from him! That's how customer service and, above all, customer loyalty should be! Oh, and the loaner bike was free for the short period! Not to mention the short waiting time; everything was ready within two days, even though the shop was packed and they could hardly move because of all the customers' bikes! Thank you so much again!
