Actually it deserves zero stars because I went in and asked about a bike and what they had there. I didn't know that it was just a repair shop and at 5 p.m. when I came in and asked, they cheekily said that they were already closed and I saw that they were still open on the internet, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it. This shop should be closed. The employees are really unfriendly. I've never experienced anything like this before!

Even though it was closing time, they fixed my flat tire. 30 minutes of overtime, just for me. Unfortunately, when I looked at the bill, I realized I'd tipped less than I meant to. I wanted to give €15, but I only gave €7. Oh well, next time. :-)

We had our bike serviced, very reasonably priced, and couldn't tell any difference from previous ones. Very friendly staff, we'll definitely be back soon.

I am very dissatisfied. Communication is terrible. I explicitly stated that the front brake pads should not be replaced, and they were done anyway. Some of the staff were very unfriendly. I paid money, and the problem wasn't resolved. I do not recommend this company.

The shift cable broke, so I was able to bring the bike in right away. The repair was extremely inexpensive. Staff friendly. Please feed the coffee fund. :-)

A great option for securely parking your bike for a ridiculously low fee. I dropped my bike off there in the afternoon because I had to catch the train, and picked it up again the next day after my return journey. I also wanted to get my brakes repaired. I arrived earlier than scheduled the next day, and my bike was already fixed. I was absolutely thrilled and can highly recommend this bike station. I'll definitely park it there again on my next public transport trip. That way, I know I'll have a complete bike when I get back (with wheels, saddle, and the motor still there), and if anything else goes wrong, they're a great place to get it fixed.
