I bought my wife a new Simplon Chenoa Carbon e-bike here two years ago. After two years, during a routine inspection, a hairline crack was discovered in the frame. Mr. Anderl immediately contacted Simplon. Within 14 days, we received a brand new Chenoa e-bike of the latest design as a replacement. Excellent service!

I went there Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. without an appointment. It was my first time as a customer. They installed a new inner tube and a new tire on my rear wheel within a short time (maybe half an hour). Very reasonably priced, in my opinion. I'm pleasantly surprised and happy to give it 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

Generally good. Friendly, approachable, and competent staff. The repair was very quick. It involved replacing a damaged inner tube on the rear tire. At €20.50, it was a bit expensive. The bike repair station in Castrop-Rauxel city center would have been cheaper, but unfortunately, it's no longer there.

A truly excellent place. I've been completely satisfied for years. The prices are always transparent, and every repair is explained and demonstrated to me – it couldn't be better. Waiting times are also great; minor issues are usually handled quickly and promptly. For larger jobs, I've never had to wait more than a week. So, my clear recommendation for bike enthusiasts (like myself) and anyone who wants to keep the fun of cycling :-)

Today, after a 20 km bike ride, I encountered a problem. A loud cracking noise was coming from the pedal, crank, or motor bearing. Some friendly cyclists recommended the Anderl bike shop in Castrop-Rauxel. With the problem, I couldn't continue my planned 90 km tour. So, off I went to the bike shop. Despite it being lunchtime, they took care of my issue. The owner even sent the staff on their break and helped out himself. Two new pedals solved the problem. I was able to continue my ride. Perfect. Worth mentioning, because it's not always a given: the immediate and incredibly friendly helpfulness and the quick solution, even during the lunch break. Now that's what I call absolutely perfect service!! My sincere thanks for the immediate assistance!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Small from the outside, but huge inside. Lots of rooms packed with bikes. Something for everyone. They also offer bike rentals from Liesing. The photos only show a tenth of what they have to offer. You have to see it for yourself.
