The store has a lot of things and was not crowded, but for the time I spent there noone asked me if I need help. For some people it might be perceived as advantage, as they are not disturbed, but I felt ignored.

Highly recommended! I've now ordered from 21RUN three times and am once again very satisfied. The running shoes are always top-notch and the quality is impeccable. What's particularly impressive is that, even though the delivery comes from Alkmaar (NL), the package always arrives incredibly quickly. An absolutely reliable shop that I'm always happy to order from.

I went without the appointment that's usually required, but I was still served immediately and received excellent advice. I was given several running shoes to try on and choose from, all selected according to my stated needs and requirements. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the sales staff were very friendly and, above all, competent, and the process was seamless even after the purchase – the shoes were shipped from the main warehouse to my home within a very short time. All in all, highly recommended! Top-notch!

My wife and I had a gait analysis done at 21RUN in Cologne and bought suitable shoes right there. We both received excellent advice from different sales staff who took plenty of time for us. The gait analysis was free, and we were able to try on suitable shoes immediately based on the results. Highly recommended. Great advice, a wide selection of brands, and good prices.

I just bought myself some new running shoes after a long time. I had an appointment – the team was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took their time. The analysis was incredibly helpful, and the selection is fantastic! I would definitely come back!

Absolutely recommended!! Contrary to the many negative reviews of the online shop on various platforms, after my visit today, which included a free digitally supported gait analysis, I can only give the store and the staff 5 stars. The gait analysis isn't a classic orthopedic analysis like the kind you get at go3 in Cologne, for example, but focuses on running form and leg alignment in different shoes, which is perfectly sufficient for making a purchase decision. As an ambitious amateur runner, I felt very well advised and understood. The selection is huge, and the staff was very patient (I wanted to test many models, and that wasn't a problem at all). Their expertise seemed extensive, although my prior experience meant I didn't have too many basic questions. I'm sure beginners would also be in excellent hands here. If the delivery lives up to its promises, which I'm confident it will, then it's an unqualified recommendation. This is what running retail should be like in the 21st century. A great, serious alternative to the well-known shops in Cologne. Thanks to Sarah and her colleague for the positive experience! UPDATE: The goods arrived at my home two days later as promised. Both pairs of shoes I ordered were in perfect condition. I'll be back!

The large selection of shoes is a plus. However, the staff didn't seem particularly motivated to help us. If you go to a specialty store, you'd expect the employees to be proactive in approaching you, especially since two salespeople seemed to have nothing to do at the time.

If you ever need to buy running shoes, please don’t buy it anywhere else but here! It has been a long time since I’ve experienced such customer service. They really take time to show you various models that fit your feet, the test them in and analyse with you in store. Milan was patiently taking time showing me Brooks, Hoka, ON etc while in between serving other customers popping in the store. Excellent selection of various running brands and truly amazing service!

I happened to be in the store on the day of the grand opening in Cologne. Despite the large crowd, I received very friendly, competent service and a great running analysis without any time pressure. The recommendation for the ASICS Superblast2 was spot on, and I'm very happy after the first few kilometers. Even though Cologne isn't exactly around the corner, I'll definitely be back. Best regards to the team and much success at the new location!
