Mind blowing, excellent service! I went in the store to finally find a good quality running shoe for my boyfriend, and I couldn't imagine my experience being better! The guy who helped us was expert in running and ASICS, he was patiently showing us the different models, colors and he even figured out what size is better than the usual. He was enthusiastic and seems he enjoyed even himself to find the perfect shoe for my boyfriend. I'm surprised by this quality expertise and enjoyable shopping. The seller convinced us for sure, a week later our decision is made, I'm waiting for an ASICS Gel Kayano 28 to arrive in the post. Best, most comfortable piece ever!

I went in three times, but was never noticed, let alone asked if I needed help. I think they sort people based on their type. The brand itself is good, hence the 3 stars.

Price-wise, it's quite expensive, even with the 20% discount. Quality is very good. Competent and friendly staff who cater to your individual needs and provide helpful advice. My conclusion: I'd gladly use them again if I have some money left at the end of the month.

I'm new to the running scene and my German isn't great. I explained my issues with flat feet and my desired price range and the store assistant, Benjamin, was just awesome. He let me practice some of my German, encouraged with some kind small talk and I walked out with an awesome pair of new running shoes. I just got back from my first run with them and I'm really happy.
