Incompetent and unfriendly customer service, go somewhere else if you want anything more than just buying parts.

I've been here twice to buy a bicycle, twice, and I had to wait like one hour every time. Nobody attends me so I've gone to buy a bike in another shop. It's unnerving, everyone has a short time to make a choice and these people have you wandering around like an idiot. Never come back again.

The worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my bike to B.O.C after it was damaged in a fire. They gave me a cost estimate which I gave to my insurance. Once this was approved we gave them the okay to start working on my bike, this was in October. We were told that we would be notified when it is ready for pick up. A couple of months passed and we hadn't heard anything so we stopped by. We were told "Oh good thing you came by no one knew what to do with this bike". Instead of calling us they decided to not do anything. Once again we were told we would be notified. A few months passed and we still hadn't heard anything. When we stopped by this time our frustration was met with zero empathy and understanding and the worker even tried to blame the late start on us! They still hadn't started because not all parts were available. We told them we would like them to get started because it's been more than 6 months at this point that my bike was in the shop. Once again, we were not notified and we had to stop by on our own accord. I now have my bike after 7 months in the shop but it is still missing a part. I am utterly shocked at the lack of professionalism that we were shown and the incompetent time management and communication. I will never return to this shop for any of my bike repairs.

THANK B.O.C ! Passing by Koln during a biketrip, Orbach saved me buying a new DI2 charging cable. He showed me why my cable didn't work for free, quickly and with smile. I could hit the road with his positive energy.

Been going to this store for decades, but recently, an employee told me that not only do they not repair old bicycles anymore, they don't even order parts for customers. Of course they're free to do so, but I think people buying there might want to know this in advance.

Last time i gave this place a 4 star review due to their good collection of bicycles/ebikes for almost all ages. But at that point as well, I complained that the customer service was slow and there were not enough people to help customers out. This time, I have to give one star cause if there was an option to give no star, i would choose that. Worst customer service ever. Gave my bike to be repaired under insurance. First, i got the appointment after 3 months, but that's fine. Brought the bike in the morning and was told that i would be able to pick up the bike on the same day or at the latest the next day. It's been 16 days now, and the bike is still in the workshop undone. I can't even pick it back up cause it's without wheels. So apparently, all i get to hear is that all their mechanics are sick, and they dont know when the bike will be fixed. And its not that they have stopped accepting to repair bikes since they have no mechanics. They are just piling it up to create more unhappy customers. My recommendation is to ignore this place for repairs, but yes, it's still a decent place to buy new bikes if you dont mind waiting 20 to 30 minutes for service

Horrible shopping experience. Had to wait for 35 minutes to get hold of one of the three sales reps. If you don’t want to sell, let customers know upfront that they are unwelcome. I highly recommend to shop online rather than going through that ordeal.

I had a great all around experience from start to finish. The B.O.C team are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and highly professional. B.O.C has a wide range of bikes and price ranges, plus some good deals right now. Insurance, money back guarantees, and other services just add to the overall experience. As covid pushes on, online sales like Amazon are rising, but I would like to encourage people to purchase local. Please help support your local businesses, and moreover, local jobs. First of all, I do like to buy things at BOC in Köln and the online shop. The selling staff is extremely friendly and has helped me a lot when choosing a new bike. It is not for nothing that I have bought already 4 bikes at the BOC establishment in Koln. Next, except for a small mis understanding resulting from language barriers - as my German is not very good, the werkstatt delivers very good quality repairs. I therefore certainly recommend BOC in Köln
