Highly recommended, but unfortunately Rollinaut isn't for me. Competent, fast, punctual, and honest are virtues that this company has internalized, even though they practice individual sports or operate in that market segment.

Highly recommended! First-class kite repair in record time! Professional, competent, and incredibly friendly. My kite had a small cut (approx. 3 cm long). My trusted dealer told me that it's better to sew the cut to be on the safe side instead of simply taping it with spinnaker tape and referred me to Big Boy Sports, his trusted sailmaker. Even the phone call at lunchtime was very friendly, and the nice lady gave me perfect directions. I arrived at Big Boy Sports in the late afternoon – it's a bit hidden, but thanks to the directions, I found it perfectly. What happened next was unparalleled. I was already "expected." Ralph approached me with the words, "You're probably from Hattingen." The damage to the kite was briefly inspected, and then I was asked if I had half an hour to spare – then he would repair the kite right away, since it would have taken me over an hour to get there! Wow! The kite repair was actually carried out immediately, including sewing, in a highly professional manner. There was also a super-friendly exchange and some small talk. The price for the repair was absolutely fair. I can only fully recommend Big Boy Sports. Many, many thanks again to Ralph and his partner!

Great work! My 2020 Evo was repaired at BBS and I'm very happy with the result. The crack is fixed and the kite can fly again, just as it should be. The service was friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable :) Best regards and many thanks for the quick work!

Fantastic service and advice. You walk in and immediately feel at ease. I was looking for a wetsuit. The nice lady looked at me and immediately had the right suit. It certainly wasn't easy, as I'm tall and have broad shoulders. But it fits perfectly. I tried two others, but they weren't suitable. Just as the lady described it. Since many colleagues have already raved about the shop, I wasn't disappointed. I'll be back!

Outstanding service, very friendly and highly competent advice, very professional work, and a welcoming approach to customer service, even during challenging times. Highly recommended!!! I accidentally crashed my brand-new Duotone kite into a tree, causing extensive damage (L-shaped cracks about 30cm long, several longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 20cm long), and Big Boy Sports repaired and restored it to perfect working order and a very attractive appearance at an absolute bargain price!! Thank you so much for your fantastic work; I can wholeheartedly recommend you to everyone!!

I've been a customer for many years and always receive excellent advice from Claudia over the phone – even for small things – and am promptly supplied with equipment and spare parts (like just now...).
