Last Friday afternoon in Cologne Ehrenfeld, I got a flat tire on my road bike. After changing the inner tube, it still needed air. Without hesitation, the owner pumped up my tire so I could continue my ride. Without his truly kind gesture, I wouldn't have known what to do. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bike & Sport and will gladly return in the future!

Short and to the point! Disgusting, dude! Humanly speaking: 0/10 Professional expertise: 2/10 They place a lot of emphasis on provocative statements and the accompanying disgusting grin. These are not stable Germans or people.

I brought my bike here for repair and was dissatisfied with the entire process. After the first repair, the problem recurred very quickly. During the second repair, I was told over the phone before picking up the bike, "Your bike is finished," without being informed that it was still not fully functional. The price for the work seemed very high in relation to the result, especially since I had the impression that the repair was not carried out professionally. I did not receive a detailed invoice listing the individual services, just an EC receipt. As a customer, you shouldn't have to ask for this. Overall, the condition of my bike deteriorated rather than improved after the workshop visits. I can therefore fully understand the existing critical reviews and share the negative experiences described there. In the future, I will go back to my trusted dealer!

I was there for the first time today for a light and some spare parts. I don't understand the bad reviews; everyone was very friendly, and I even got a few tips. I'll definitely go back if I need anything.

I bought a beautiful turquoise bicycle at Bike Depot this morning. The salesperson was very friendly and even advised me on the best lock, which wasn't the most expensive one. A basket and a rearview mirror were quickly attached, and I was ready to go. I can't understand the bad reviews at all and would highly recommend Bike Depot!

A terrible bike shop. I only went in to pump up my bike. Then they talked me into beating me up, telling me it was life-threatening to continue riding my bike and that I needed to have the tire changed immediately (which I had recently had replaced). Unfortunately, I let them talk me into it and ended up agreeing, even though I didn't really want to. One salesperson quoted me €60, then the other suddenly said €40. It was obviously a scam. One salesperson smelled strongly of alcohol, and the other stared at me disgustingly. As a woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to leave the situation. In the end, I got my bike back in worse condition than before, and the brakes were broken. Don't go there!!!

Sadly I didn’t have a decent experience here, for two reasons: 1) Sales conversation with the owner was poor, no price/service transparency (I figured options must have been full inspection or individual check ups (breaks, gears, …), uncouth remarks (at other customers) on top, unpleasant. 2) Had new front break pads put it, sadly disc was still greasy and squeaky, not well-calibrated (noticed too late, my fault). Receipt wasn‘t legible, owner went back into the garage to check what had actually been done. Returned without clear information on what else had been done. Should‘ve been more adamant I guess. Love supporting the small bike shops but simply can’t recommend these guys.

I took my bike in to repair a flat tyre. I stated at the time that I suspected there was something lodged in the tyre (I had a German friend with me) since I had tried previously and failed to fix it myself. They said they would of course check that. My bike was returned (apparently fixed) but on the first ride, it punctured immediately (clearly something still in the tyre). I returned 5 days later (since I work during the week) and they said I’d have to pay full price to repair again and that I should have returned within 2 days if I wanted a refund. The whole experience and level of customer service was deeply unsatisfactory
