Very friendly service. An incredible selection of bikes on site. There's something for everyone here. Test rides were no problem. I found a great e-bike at a really great price. Accessories were easily installed right away. A thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you!

I was at Bike Store Cologne today with my bicycle, which had a loose handlebar and a leaking valve. A member of the workshop staff worked professionally and competently to fix the problem. However, after the repair, he behaved in a humiliating and inappropriate manner towards me, in front of other employees and a customer. Although he apologized after I pointed this out, I still expect respectful communication in a specialist shop, in addition to technical expertise.

Hello,<br><br>The advice that it's not recommended to use a child seat on your bike is by no means humiliating or inappropriate, but rather exactly what I expect from an employee: honesty.<br><br>He tightened the handlebars for you free of charge and offered you the opportunity to come back again should the handlebars come loose, even though you didn't buy the bike from us. For us, this is clear and honest communication and customer service, just as it should be.<br><br>If you don't want to hear an honest opinion from a professional, then you should probably find another workshop, because our team will always be honest and point out defects, especially when it comes to safety. Have a safe and enjoyable ride!

We received excellent and friendly service here. Test rides on various bicycles were readily arranged. Although the shop was busy, they took the time to explain the different models to help us make our decision. I was very happy to make my final purchase here. I'm a firm believer in supporting owner-operated businesses. Plus, the price was absolutely fair! All in all, a highly recommended shop.

Thomas was the best and helped me change my pedals over even though I didn’t purchase them here (first bike. No clue what I’m doing.) also quickly helped me pick out a bike stand and fitted it for me. Super friendly. Highly recommend.

From Holland I ordered online a Hercules Futura F8 24 Zoll at Bike Store Cologne. What a great pleasure to buy a bike at this store. Very clear and fast communication, no nonsense order process, and quality shipping. The bike was delivered within one week, well-packed, no damages, complete as agreed. I only had to install the pedals. In the meanwhile the bike has been used for about 150(Km) and my wife is very pleased. A great bike delivered by an even greater bike store. If I am ever in the area of Koln, I will certainly pay them a visit.

Best store in this area to fix anything related to bike. Great & friendly staff. Look out for Moin, he speaks English, if you get hold of him half of your issue is resolved.
