I'm so incredibly satisfied! I just stopped by briefly with a question, and bam, I got some advice, and bam, they got the part from the warehouse. Philipp, the mechanic in the shop, immediately took the time to install it. It was only a stem, but you rarely experience service like that these days. I'll definitely be back, and now I'm a regular customer.

Philipp from the workshop converted my 5-year-old Orbea Terra from the GRX 600 groupset to SRAM Eagle AXS. Electronic shifting, levers, and handlebar position perfectly adjusted... it's like a new bike. Attention: I called on Thursday at noon and picked it up Friday evening! Now that's what I call prompt service! 100% recommended! Thanks!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I received incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent assistance here with handling a warranty claim with a manufacturer, even though I hadn't bought the bike there and wasn't a customer before. This is anything but standard practice (especially in the cycling industry). Many other businesses in the sector could learn a thing or two from this level of service and customer focus. Furthermore, the shop itself is fantastic, with a really nice display and the latest equipment :). Having had several experiences with bike shops in Cologne, I can confidently say that Bikebahnhof is one of the best places in Cologne for road bikes. I'm already looking forward to returning soon, this time as a regular customer. Keep up the great work!

I had my damaged rear wheel replaced and a long overdue inspection done. The service was excellent, the replacement wheel was in stock, and I was able to pick up my bike the next business day. Finally, I received advice on the best way to care for my bike. I'm very satisfied and will gladly return – great team and great shop.

After my company bike was stolen, I tried to handle the claim through the major online shops – and quickly realized that their service had its limitations. Luckily, I stumbled upon Breuers Bike Station quite by chance. It was a real revelation. I haven't received such excellent and comprehensive advice in a long time. Yannik, who was there, handled the consultation, the processing with the company bike service provider, and the handover of my new mountain bike with utmost professionalism and incredible friendliness. I felt completely at ease. Forget the internet – go to Breuers Bike Station: real people, real advice, happy bike owners! Thanks to the whole team.

I visit the bike shop for getting some consulting regarding trail and cross country bike. The owner was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and gave me a lot of information about bikes and let me try the bike. I definitely recommend the shop!
