I've taken my bike here for repairs several times now and I'm always very satisfied. The two bike mechanics are incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent. :) If I drop by spontaneously with something minor, they take the time to quickly check it out and often fix it right away. If I do leave my bike with them, I usually get it back quickly. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. Even with a more extensive repair on my last visit, their pricing was incredibly fair and accommodating—and much cheaper than other bike shops. I'll definitely be back! :)

Great shop in the heart of Braunsfeld, super competent young owner (trained bicycle mechanic) who also takes bike repair and maintenance very seriously – and he's always available, even on short notice. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service, a very friendly team that not only carried out the requested work but also assessed the overall condition of the bicycle and repaired it after consulting with the customer! I would gladly use them again! There are also no waiting times like at other shops!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! I've been a customer of owner Moein for several years and am completely satisfied. He's extremely friendly, very accommodating, and absolutely competent. You can immediately tell that he works with a lot of experience, passion, and genuine dedication. Repairs are super fast – I often get my bike back within a day. The prices are absolutely fair, everything is explained transparently, and he's very accommodating with customers. I'd also like to particularly emphasize his strong customer focus: If needed, Moein even provides a loaner bike without any fuss – that's really not something you can take for granted these days. Whether it's a small repair or a bigger job – you simply feel like you're in good hands here. For me, it's one of the best bike shops in Cologne – highly recommended! Best regards, Tim

I was able to drop my bike in spontaneously because of a flat rear wheel. The repair took a few days, but was completely satisfactory. The service was friendly and professional, and they were very accommodating with the price. Therefore, I would recommend this shop to everyone and will definitely come back! :)

I was able to leave my bike there for a comprehensive repair. After a thorough consultation, the two of them got my bike back in top shape – it now rides like new. Plus, a very fair price and super friendly staff. I'll definitely be back!
