I can highly recommend Sonja! Repairs are done quickly, reliably, and to a high standard. Her workshop is a place you enjoy visiting, and you feel comfortable interacting with her. Interesting conversations, a pleasant atmosphere, and the feeling of being in good hands make every visit special.

It's been a while, but I was very happy there. The people working there are really nice, and I even got to watch a bit. They explained things to me, and the prices were more than fair. I also think it's really great that they're putting salvaged bikes and spare parts back into circulation. Thank you so much!
Owner's response
Thank you.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. My initial impression was quite positive, but I was immediately talked into additional repairs, which tripled the price and, in some cases, worsened the condition. First, the bike was taken back as a complaint, then I was lied to, insulted (probably out of frustration), and ultimately the damage was not repaired.

Not only can you get your bike repaired here, but you'll also get a ton of positive energy ✨ Super friendly, and the price/performance ratio is more than fair! Absolutely recommended 🦋

Folks, bring plenty of time, because you won't want to leave after chatting so much! Sonja and her team are incredibly efficient, competent, and really reasonably priced. Cats and rabbits live there in friendly company, and sustainability is a top priority. They still repair things instead of replacing them. The only downside is that I don't need to take my bike to a repair shop very often... :) Fantastic!
Owner's response
Great. Thanks.

The best bike repair shop in Cologne. Super friendly and excellent bike repairers. The workshop's eco-friendly upcycling concept, in particular, impresses with its precise reflection of our zeitgeist: Instead of just unscrewing parts and screwing on new ones, they actually repair things. I had my touring bike prepared here before my 1,000km tour and was not let down. They also made my old, rattling spare tire roadworthy again for a small fee.
Owner's response
Hi. Even if it takes a little longer for you due to a parts shortage, thank you from the whole team at CCC.

A really cool workshop. They always offer good, friendly, and affordable service, and also give great tips for bike maintenance. Highly recommended if you have older bikes where spare parts are hard to find.
Owner's response
We're so cool because you guys are so cool. Thank you.
