We wanted to buy a scooter for our son here and had specifically checked the opening hours on the website and answering machine beforehand – they said they were open and had new stock. After a 40-minute drive, we were disappointed: there was only a very small selection, and according to the salesperson, new stock wouldn't arrive until next week. The salesperson seemed disinterested and impatient and asked us to leave after just a few minutes, saying he had to do his tax return. Very unprofessional and rude. Definitely not a store we'll be visiting again.

Totally awful! We drove two hours with our son (who wanted to pick out his Christmas present) to go to the store. The end result! Pure disappointment! Tears! Why don't they put this on the website? 😡 Store closed due to staff shortage. Statement: it will stay that way for a while...

Today, Saturday, October 4, 2025, we unfortunately didn't find anyone in the store at 2:30 p.m. Very annoying, as we came all the way from Neuss! The store should have been open. (No one was available by phone either, which isn't surprising when the store is closed.) Due to the distance, we'll be buying the scooter elsewhere! A man we met outside the closed store had already been there for free for the second time! Sorry, but that's unacceptable!

Great shop and an excellent destination for stunt scooter fans. Despite its somewhat hidden location, it's very popular. The product selection is extensive and the customer service is excellent. The price/performance ratio is also good. Thanks 🙏

Yesterday, I spontaneously drove to the shop with my 8-year-old to buy a new scooter. We received advice, took it for a test ride in the super cool hall, and paid. It's just perfect that you can test things out right there and have fun! Thank you so much, and we'll definitely be back! We're even going skating today. :-)

Even after four to five years, this shop remains an excellent destination for stunt scooter enthusiasts. Despite its somewhat hidden location, it enjoys great popularity. The product selection is extensive, and the advice is extremely professional. Our requests were handled promptly, and we found exactly the parts we needed for our stunt scooters. All in all, a first-class experience!

We bought a new stunt scooter for our son here today. The employee took all the time in the world to answer our questions and gave us excellent advice on everything. He explained each point very well, so even someone with no technical knowledge would have understood it. The price is higher than at the toy store Rollern, but the quality is also in a completely different league. They have several models available to try out, mainly to find the right size. I can highly recommend this shop. Small but excellent! We also immediately took advantage of the attached hall with its skate park.
