We went there today with a rather delicate matter. The bolt snapped off while I was tightening the seatpost clamp. After calling a few days prior, I was able to drop in today without an appointment and received immediate assistance. Service is clearly a top priority here, and the value for money is definitely 10/10. All future maintenance and repairs will be done here. Thank you so much for your help!

Friendly and competent advice, good explanations of model differences... I ended up choosing a different favorite from the store than I initially thought. Unfortunately, the number of bikes/variants on display was somewhat limited. I'll be back.

After much deliberation, in July 2025, at the age of 70, I decided to finally buy a new road bike. Since a German manufacturer I favored couldn't even come close to delivering what I wanted, I went to the Cube Bike Store North for advice after a preliminary phone call. Let me say right away: the consultation was relaxed, without any pressure, extremely competent, and friendly. Because I was very late in the season, there was only one model left in my size: the Agree C:62 SLT nebula'n'white in frame size 53cm. The components (Dura Ace) were actually overkill, but there was nothing else available. Two days later, I was able to pick up the bike, and a (simplified) bike fitting was performed, including measuring my sit bone width. Everything was explained to me, including the Shimano Di2 electronic shifting system, which was completely new to me, and the basic settings via the app. Everything was handled in a completely professional and very relaxed manner. The bike now weighs exactly the specified 7.4 kg, and with my pedals (260 g), it weighs 7.6 kg. After about 400 km, I had the required first service done and had a few spacers removed. The friendly employee at the service desk then adjusted the Di2 settings to my liking. At the beginning of December, I received a call from the workshop regarding Cube's recall for a delamination issue affecting most Agree forks. My bike was, of course, affected after checking the fork serial number, and riding was prohibited due to the risk of fork breakage. At some point, Cube themselves announced that the new forks would be available by mid to late January... which I, along with many others, considered optimistic. But I was proven wrong, as things moved quite quickly, and on February 9th, 2026, the new fork was installed... incidentally, I was the very first one. Everything went perfectly from start to finish, in my opinion, and the workshop provided excellent feedback, so it's a clear 5 stars. I've now bought my second bike here. Advice, service, and expertise are top-notch. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. For me, there's no reason to buy bikes anywhere else. Thanks to Moritz and his team!

Excellent service for my 3-year-old daughter, who was able to zoom around the whole store and take her bike home right away. Fitting of mudguards etc. was immediate and free of charge. I would definitely go back :)

I'm extremely satisfied with the Cube Bike 'n Boards workshop! The staff are very friendly and helpful. My request was handled immediately and the problem was fixed right away. Top service – highly recommended!

I'm often asked if I can recommend the shop. And I can definitely say: YES. The staff are friendly and competent, and everything was straightforward and easy to understand. Since I have a bike lease, I'll be coming back from time to time anyway, but so far I know I'll be doing it without any qualms.

A super-dedicated workshop team. Excellent advice. They were very responsive to individual requests. From the conversations, you get the feeling that they live and breathe bicycles. In addition to the bikes, the store itself has a rather small but attractive selection of additional features for bikes. I'm glad I found you.

I went into the store feeling a bit unsure and left with a smile. I actually still have a good bike, but since I ride a lot, I thought, let myself be inspired and see what happens. The store is well-stocked and you feel like you're in a specialist shop rather than a junk shop. The salesperson was quick to help without being pushy. After I explained in detail what I wanted and they listened to me very carefully, they gave me more than objective and professional advice, during which all my concerns were discussed. I particularly liked the honesty; finally someone who would say they didn't like the color I wanted and that one or two things weren't necessary for my riding style, but all the features were still discussed and demonstrated. So I bought the bike with a clear conscience and picked it up four days later. When I picked it up, I was treated like royalty; every little detail was explained to me clearly and I was offered any help I could need in the future. Today, after three weeks, I can say that the seller was right about everything he told me about the bike. I'm beyond thrilled and happy as a kid. Thanks to the team, and you'll see me more often now, at least when the service is due. Keep up the good work, because you're spreading so much joy.
