After briefly looking at a bike at the Füssen store, which we happened to pass by on a hike, and receiving excellent advice there (despite our open communication that we'd prefer to buy from a store closer to home), we configured a bike for my wife over the phone at the Cologne East store. Dennis provided expert advice, and thanks to a very attractive price, we placed an order. When we picked it up, we were able to easily make a few minor changes, even though the invoice had been amended. So impressed was I that I then chose a 2025 model for myself and had it customized slightly. Again, the price and the advice were convincing. I hope this remains the case at the first service appointment (unfortunately, things were quite different at a superb multi-brand dealer nearby) – I'm optimistic. Despite the almost hour-long drive, I'll gladly return.

Many thanks to the very friendly team. We made the 80 km trip today to pick up the bike we chose. We had the pleasure of meeting a very nice, competent, and efficient team and will gladly remain customers! It was certainly the currently unbeatable price that drew us to Cologne, but we will definitely return because of the relaxed, professional, and dedicated atmosphere in the store. Until next time 😊

I was looking for a bike for a European tour and wanted to buy the Cube Touring Hybrid Pro 625. When I asked if it was the right bike, I was told yes. The Kathmandu was just the more expensive premium model, and it wouldn't really make a difference, except that the other one was more expensive. After my purchase, I realized that there are big differences, and three other bike shops recommended the Kathmandu because it had better components, a better and larger motor, and would be significantly better suited for the tour. The Touring would also work, but just barely. Unfortunately, there was no bike fitting at all. The saddle height was briefly adjusted, and that was it. I set off on my tour and my knee hurt, and it swelled up considerably. After a week of agony, I went to a hubcap shop and paid a lot of money to have the bike adjusted correctly. In my opinion, this should be done when buying the bike: to ensure the seating position is adjusted correctly. My display also went blank after two weeks, and I had to spend another €7 extra. Which is annoying for such an expensive e-bike. It's a real shame how much extra money was spent, and that it's not the right bike (my partner has the Kathmandu, and he's doing very well on the tour. I'm really behind and have trouble with the bike at times). The bike itself is good, but just not perfect for my needs. And I never received a response to my email about returning it, but I received a call back shortly after a later email about the display battery. I find it strange and sad that there's no response to questions about returns, but they do for minor issues...

We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your bike purchase and the subsequent experience. After consulting with the team, we fully understand the process:<br>During your consultation, you stated that you primarily plan to do tours of approximately 60 to a maximum of 80 kilometers. Based on this, you were recommended the Cube Touring Hybrid Pro 625. This model has a 625 Wh battery and a Bosch motor with 75 Nm – perfectly sufficient for this purpose.<br><br>It's understandable that other dealers subsequently recommended a "higher" model, but it doesn't change the fact that your bike is technically perfectly suited for the tours you described. The statement apparently from another dealer that this model couldn't accommodate a PowerMore battery is also incorrect – that would of course have been possible.<br><br>Regarding the seating position: A basic adjustment (e.g., saddle height) was made upon delivery; we could have performed a more detailed ergonomic fine-tuning at any time if you had contacted us again. It's a shame you didn't give us another chance to do this – we would have been happy to help.<br><br>We would also have, of course, resolved the issue of your display's battery (Intuvia 100) at no cost to you, as it's a minor issue.<br><br>It's unfortunate that you didn't want to engage in further discussion – we take feedback seriously and would have liked to discuss your issue in person to find a fair solution together.

I'd like to thank you again for the excellent service. At the CUBE Store in Cologne-South, I was given the runaround. Here in Cologne-East, the service representative addressed the problem immediately and repaired it. Thank you for the quick and competent service. This difference in service wasn't the first time I've experienced this. Therefore, I can highly recommend the CUBE Store in Cologne-East.

Top store. I visited three bike shops to get my dream bike. Multicycle in Cologne East was the only one who could somehow get my bike and my wife's bikes in stock AND deliver them to us quickly after our arrival. Very nice people, excellent communication. I felt very comfortable there. I'm now driving much further for the service, but it was worth it.

Extremely satisfied! After a very pleasant phone call with Tim, I received a warm welcome at the shop and excellent advice. I received excellent advice and outstanding service. Mr. Korbmacher found the perfect Cube bike for me without any rush or time pressure! I'm completely satisfied and can highly recommend this shop. The price/performance ratio is excellent!

I walked into the Cologne store last week without an appointment. It was quite busy. Despite this, I was immediately approached to ask for help, even though (as it turned out) the employee was working alone. I was impressed by how he managed to attend to about five customers and, after a reasonable wait, also gave me the attention I needed. I went back to the store yesterday because I wanted to make a few more adjustments. Again, the same employee I had met earlier was working alone. There was also only one employee in the workshop. But again, I have to commend him for answering my questions despite the stress. I hope the staff isn't always like this. It would be a shame, especially for the employees. In the end, I was thrilled and will buy my bike here.
