Absolutely top-notch service!!! Today I picked up my daughter's new Specialized bike from Frank. The purchase process was super friendly and straightforward. I'm so glad I discovered Cycle WERX. The trip to Cologne was definitely worth it; all the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I only wanted to get some information, and now I'm the very happy owner of an S-Works Tarmac SL8 with my desired custom build at a very fair price. On November 17, 2025, I went to Cycle Werx to look at a Cannondale Topstone 1 gravel bike. My interactions with the owner, Frank, and my sales advisor, Willy, were warm and friendly. Willy clearly enjoys what he does; he gave me excellent advice, explained a lot, and showed me around. He was patient and took his time. A truly nice person who rides a bike himself. I ended up buying the bike. So, many thanks to Willy and the entire staff. I really enjoyed my experience. 👍👍

While searching for a bike, I checked out several bike shops in and around Cologne. I stumbled across Cyclewerx and thought, "Why not give it a try?" The communication with Frank was excellent. He went to great lengths to adjust things so the bike would be a perfect fit for me. He also mentioned that, among other things, adjusting the stem would be a service. It goes without saying that I bought the bike there. For me, service is something I definitely expect. Otherwise, I could just order online. When I picked it up, the bike was assembled and adjusted exactly as agreed. Truly first-class. I hope the service during inspections will be just as impressive :-) In my opinion, this is the best shop in Cologne where I felt truly well taken care of. Thanks, Frank & Team.
