This is Cologne's best sporting goods store. I can find almost everything I need here, and the categories are very clear. The bicycle and outdoor gear selection is comprehensive, with various electric bikes, bicycles, skateboards, and even winter sportswear. In this age of online shopping, physical stores like this face fierce competition. I hope stores like this don't disappear, so I don't end up buying all sorts of things online that don't match the pictures.

I drove today from another city to check some e-scooters I found online. I was very disappointed to find only one e-scooter in the other branch near city center. An employee suggested to visit this large store and mentioned many e-scooters will be found there. However, there were only two e-scooters from the same company. So I wasted 5 hours travel for nothing!

I'm sorry you didn't find the right selection of e-scooters in our stores.<br>Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to display all of the products we offer online, as some of them are marketplace products.<br>If you had contacted us by phone in advance, we could have told you which ones were available locally.

Freaking awesome bike service here at Decathlon. My bike had a flat tires they're fix it and even fix another problem with the wheel free to charge, as a good gesture. Very happy with this team.

Great support and advice. Also loved the ping pong / Tischtennis at decathlon. Unfortunately this is prohibited since last weak. Hopfull this will change back to and will be allowed again. As is the policy with bikes, scooter, skateboards and so on.
