Extremely unfriendly. They're probably very busy right now. Hence the greeting, "Do you have a problem with my opening hours?", because I dared to knock outside of those times. I can't recommend them. Better to go to the bike shop in Rath: Radwächter. They'll help you there.

In my opinion, this is a very good little bicycle repair shop. Friendly and competent. Appointments are recommended, or rather, they do take place. The first time I went, I spontaneously dropped by with my son's bicycle. Shortly before closing time, the nice man changed the valves for me, even without an appointment. That's not something you can take for granted, in my opinion. The advice, quality of work, and pricing are also very good!

Very competent and, more importantly, friendly owner. I went to two other repair shops that wanted to change my bicycle tube within three weeks, but when I got here, it took less than 30 minutes. Thanks for the quick help, and this is definitely my new trusted repair shop.

I've been a customer for several years and have always been extremely satisfied. Even when they're very busy, like just a few days ago when I came in with a flat rear tire, they quickly removed the tire, inserted the inner tube, reinflated the tire, and for a very fair fee, everything was taken care of. I'll definitely be back!

I was already a customer in Moitzfeld when Michael had his shop there, and I'm still very satisfied: customer service, service, and value for money are all excellent! Even with very specific requests, Michael tries to achieve the best for the customer. Highly recommended!

Hi, I'm extremely satisfied. Even though it was apparently very busy on Monday, I was still able to get in right away. They immediately identified the problems with my racing bike after an inspection and fixed them quickly and at a reasonable price. They are absolutely competent, friendly, and the prices are right. I can highly recommend them.

Our recommendation and heartfelt thanks come from "Mobile Neighbors - Initiatives Network GL," the association of volunteer bicycle workshops in Bergisch Gladbach. For the second time, cycling enthusiasts from the Schildgen, Paffrath, and Lückerath districts were able to participate in a four-hour workshop under the professional guidance of Michael Kramer. This time, the focus was on providing an overview of everything from A for aluminum rims to B for brakes, L for lights, S for headset, and Z for cables and drivetrains with derailleur and hub gears and their components. The highlight of the technical instruction was the demonstration of wheel truing. With his very friendly and calm manner and his comprehensive expertise, Mr. Kramer provided all participants with a highly informative afternoon.
