Today I tried to take my daughter's bike to the Fahrradengels (bicycle angels) for repairs. I don't understand why they call themselves "bicycle angels"; to me, they're more like devils. They were very rude because I didn't have an appointment, even though I just wanted to ask if they had any capacity. The manager or employee was very annoyed and just wanted me out. In my opinion, they don't even deserve a star. I don't expect the bike to be repaired right away. I don't recommend them.

Such great service. My husband got a flat tire over the weekend. After a quick call, we were able to drop off the e-bike right away. No sooner said than done. We expected not to get the bike back until Wednesday. But just before 6:00 p.m., the phone rang, with the pleasant surprise that we could pick up the bike that same day. Awesome, you're an angel, a bicycle angel. Thank you so much for this great service.

I got a flat tire after my night shift. I went straight to Fahrrad Engel (Bike Engel) after work. They checked my bike immediately – it turned out that not only the tire but also the rear rim was damaged. Since I'd been wanting to replace a few things anyway (like the front brakes), I went ahead and got new, sturdy tires with puncture protection. Everything was taken care of right away, which was fantastic for me since I rely on my bike for work. The service was friendly, honest, and delivered with a great sense of humor – despite it being a typical Monday morning. The price was absolutely fair and definitely lifted my spirits. I was able to pick up my bike again after just four hours, following a quick phone call. I was able to pay conveniently by card. Top-notch service all around – highly recommended! 🚴‍♂️✨

A lifesaver just before closing time! My pedal came loose while I was riding and I didn't have any tools with me. Luckily, the bike repairman was just around the corner and was able to help me right away. Thanks again for the free service! 🙂

This place is amazing! Super helpful guy, opened the shop during his break to help me and helped me to package my bike for the airport. 5 stars! :-)
