I've been a customer of e-Motion for years and I've always been extremely satisfied, especially with their workshop. Everything is handled professionally, reliably, and efficiently. Now, for the first time in all this time, there was a reason for discussion, and that's where the wheat is separated from the chaff... and I must say, even this was resolved politely, accommodatingly, and very professionally. This is exactly what I expect from a really good bike shop, and luckily I find it at e-motion in Cologne!

I am very satisfied with both the sale and the subsequent customer service. I bought my cargo bike (Gazelle Makki) here about two years ago. Unfortunately, shortly before the warranty expired, it broke down: the seat post snapped off the frame. This turned out to be a design flaw that has since been improved in newer models. When I dropped off the bike, the e-motion staff provided me with the best possible support, including assistance with communication with JobRad (the bike-sharing program). It was quickly determined that the frame had broken and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the process with the manufacturer, Gazelle, was very difficult and lengthy, leading to significant delays. Therefore, I would like to emphasize how dedicated and helpful the e-motion team was throughout the entire process. I was kept regularly informed, even though progress wasn't always quick due to the manufacturer's issues. Even the management got involved and actively tried to find a solution with Gazelle. The process with the manufacturer, Gazelle, was unfortunately very difficult and lengthy, which led to considerable delays. Although the wait for the new frame was around three months, the subsequent conversion was completed in just 2–3 days. Many thanks to the entire e-motion team for their support, dedication, and transparent communication. Despite the circumstances, I felt very well taken care of.

From the initial contact to the handover of my dream bike, I was extremely satisfied. They returned my email, the consultation was very thorough and patient, and no questions remained unanswered during the handover. Although the location is somewhat off the beaten track, it has its advantages for test rides. Even though I hope I rarely need to use it, this is my number one choice!

A really lovely, personal shop! The guys were always helpful, no matter how busy it was or how close they were to closing time. I received advice on all sorts of options, was able to test ride the bikes, the communication was personal and honest, and they didn't try to push the most expensive model on me. From city bikes to cargo bikes to mountain bikes, they have everything in stock, including accessories. I'm so grateful to the guys and would definitely buy a bike there again :)

I received competent, comprehensive advice at e-motion in Cologne-Lövenich. Mr. De Luna took plenty of time and patiently answered all my questions. I test-drove all the e-bikes I had shortlisted. The advantages and disadvantages were explained to me in detail. I chose a Riese & Müller, which I'm very happy with. I also really enjoyed the delivery by another employee. I received a complete introduction to the bike. Bottom line: you can tell the employees enjoy their jobs. Friendly, dedicated, and competent; highly recommended!

To be honest, I expected a lot more here. You're supposed to make an appointment and allow yourself an hour. Including the round trip, it took me about three hours. Then I arrived there. I still had about 15 minutes to spare until my appointment, but a temporary employee wanted to show me a few bikes, and another employee gave me a few additional details here and there. Unfortunately, since I didn't know much about e-bikes, I really needed some good advice. They then showed me a bike that would be suitable for me. For my height and weight, it was supposed to be a trekking bike with full suspension; nothing else was considered at all. I took it for a test ride, but it wasn't at all what I was looking for. At some point, a third employee came over, a rather taciturn fellow. I then asked if that was the only bike they could show me. He then inquired again and found a second bike, also a trekking bike with full suspension. While this one appealed to me more than the previous one, it was significantly more expensive at over €6,000 and only available in red. But at those prices, I didn't want to compromise, especially since they advertise that they're sure to find the right e-bike with "expert advice." In the end, the advice wasn't good, nor could they find a suitable e-bike for me. They couldn't show me more than these two bikes. But nothing more came from the staff, and after about 30 minutes, I left disappointed.

We wanted to get a cargo bike with three wheels, but thanks to e-Motion e-Bike in Cologne Lövenich, we didn't have to. They gave us very competent advice and catered to our needs. The first recommendation was a hit! We've been riding the Cruise model from Carqon for a year now and we're absolutely delighted! Thank you!

A really great shop. The selection isn't that large, which is perfectly fine if you know what you want. The employees were always very friendly and accommodating. All my questions were answered in detail, and they took their time with me. I was offered a test ride, any unclear points were discussed, and accessories were only offered upon request. I felt very comfortable. I picked up my bike in February 2022, which also meant I had my first workshop visit. Everything there was top notch, too. The colleagues there were fantastic :-) Thanks for the quick fix.

I couldn't have asked for better service! A wealth of expertise, a touch of humor, and a genuine interest in selling me exactly what I need. They really take their time for the customer, which is sadly rare these days. I will definitely recommend e-Motion to my friends and family. Anyone looking for an e-bike will find their dream bike there!
