This was my second time taking my Urban Arrow (UA) bike to the e-motion workshop for an inspection – and I'm completely satisfied again! The service was super friendly, professional, and very fast. After just two hours, I received a call saying my bike was ready – now that's what I call efficient! Everything was thoroughly checked, cleaned, and optimally adjusted. My e-bike now runs like it did on day one. I also particularly liked how the team explained everything clearly and answered my questions. I definitely recommend it!

Very disappointing! I took my Riese & Müller UBN Five to the e-motion e-bike service workshop in Cologne because of a battery problem. Unfortunately, nothing was done to the bike for over a month – they only created a ticket with the manufacturer. My inquiries were met with evasive answers. Ultimately, I abandoned the repair and took my bike to another Riese & Müller specialist in Cologne-Nippes. There, the problem was fixed within 20 minutes – my bike was immediately ready to ride again. I find it completely incomprehensible why this wasn't possible at e-motion. Their service, communication, and solution-oriented approach leave much to be desired.

I took my e-bike, which I bought from e-motion, to the workshop today because of a flat tire. The employee, Mr. Bongardt, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The damage was repaired within minutes, and I was able to cycle again. This is exactly the kind of customer service I want. It couldn't be better!

I need to update my review here: If possible, I would give zero stars. Customer service like this shouldn't exist. Even scheduling an appointment was a nightmare: For my annual inspection, I only got an appointment four months later, back in April. On the agreed Monday at 10 a.m., I dropped off my cargo bike. I received absolutely no feedback all day. Only on Tuesday morning, after I called, did I get the curt reply: "We haven't even started yet, but we'll definitely manage it today." I still hadn't heard anything by 6 p.m. When I inquired in person, I was told that the bike still wasn't ready. When I pointed out that they were closed on Wednesdays and that I urgently needed the bike, I received the curt response: "Well, then, on Thursday." When I explained that I need my cargo bike daily and that this was a very unacceptable situation, I was met with a response that I can only describe as disrespectful and outrageous. Statements like "You want something from us, so you have to accommodate us" or "You can take other routes, we're in the city after all" are the height of customer disrespect. In short: I will definitely never use their services again. Anyone who wants their bike to be treated reliably and with respect should urgently look for another workshop. Haluk Arik wrote in September 2024: "Everything takes forever here. You have to wait 15 minutes just to pick up your bike before anyone even shows up at the counter. Unbelievable!"

Goodbye service. I've been taking our cargo bike to Emotions for a long time now, where I also bought it. The new workshop manager, as he likes to emphasize, seems to have little experience when it comes to customer service. The work they do is flawless. But that's about it. No proper advice on fork maintenance. "Maintenance or replacement. Makes no difference. €300-500!"? No more Emotions.
