Hello I popped in the Shop during my bike trip through Europe in oder to fix my bike… Lukas was very helpfull and took time for me to fix my bike asap as i had to go further that same afternoon ! ( Made it until Switzerland ! ) I recomand definetly that shop ! Cheers R

Wonderful! Klaus was extremely accommodating in helping my wife and I choose our bikes. We went back a couple of weeks later for some adjustments and they were nice and quick.

I bought a used bike from some rando on ebay-kleinanzeigen. When I got it home I noticed that something was loose with the fork/headset. I tried fixing it myself but couldn’t. Sad. I took the bike to Bike Erlebnis the next day, just because the shop is close to where I work. I asked if they could have a look. They wrote down my phone number and said they’d be in touch by the end of the day. Couple hours later I got a text saying that all was fixed! (They found that the fork bearings had been installed incorrectly.) Really nice people, professional, English-friendly, and fair prices. I got the impression that they simply like bikes (electric or otherwise) and want to help.
