It's truly unbelievable that such wonderful, kind, and helpful people still exist! We had a flat tire nearby, and our repair kit was so old it had dried out. When I stood in front of the shop, I hardly dared to ring the bell, but I did anyway. The owner came out and immediately offered me a new kit for €2.50. Then I realized I only had a €50 note and some small change. He couldn't break the note and gave me the kit for the change (€1.20). He refused all offers to bring the money back later. Once again, our heartfelt thanks; you were a real help. We wish you all the best.

The only very affordable bike shop in Cologne-Worringen. The owner is very friendly and very competent. Simply great, even today – gear shifter broken, new grip €25.

Regarding the first review from that lady, I can say the exact opposite. My new inner tube was quickly replaced, and the damage to the rim was fixed. My old inner tube was damaged on the inside, so something on the rim must have punctured it from the inside. One day of repair, and everything is like new. I've been riding for two weeks now, no problems.

I can only give one star because a simple repair couldn't be carried out to my satisfaction. Supposedly, I got two new hoses for €35?! The very next day, they were flat again. After a second repair, the hose at least lasted a few rides, but now it's flat again.

Excellent service. I brought my bike in for a "service." It's now in perfect condition again, and the price was more than fair. Highly recommended.

The shop looks quite small and "family-run" when you walk in, but the work is done very competently and quickly. Despite this—or perhaps because of it—they seem rather "small." This shop was a lifesaver when I was cycling from Düsseldorf to Cologne and a flat tire ruined my plans. I hadn't expected the service to be so satisfactory, especially considering the good value for money. My only criticism is that the shop is quite small. This might sound like I'm spoiled, since competing shops and even chains are (unfortunately) a common sight in big cities. But it's noticeable. However, if you're looking for good craftsmanship at a good price and within a reasonable timeframe, this is the place to go!
