Unfortunately, I didn't find the service in the store very good. You're not greeted and are treated with disinterest. The selection in the store is also very limited. I can't comment on the workshop as I haven't used it yet.

After moving to Cologne, I encountered a problem that none of the well-reviewed repair shops I visited could resolve. This shop took it on and fixed it quickly! They also call you before doing anything that might cost extra, especially if it's due for an inspection or if they notice any issues. I really appreciate that. For all my bike-related problems, this is now my go-to place. :) My bike repairs are done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price.

I'm pretty dissatisfied with the service. Two weeks ago, I made an appointment to replace a luggage rack on my e-bike with a Shimano motor. The light cable should have been replaced as well. Yesterday, I dropped off the bike and today I received a call saying they couldn't repair it because of the light cable. Doubly annoying, because I specifically pointed out the issue with the light cable, and because I've now lost two weeks. Everyone knows how difficult it is to get an appointment at a bike shop. And no, the laconic statement that the workshop manager had left the shop didn't sound particularly convincing. I'll be avoiding that shop in the future. There are alternatives.

I took my bike in for a service and I'm completely satisfied! The price was absolutely fair, and the service was friendly and professional. My bike was ready super fast – and as a surprise, they even gave it a full wash! You don't find service like that everywhere. Highly recommended!

At over 40, I'm finally the proud owner of a fitness/urban bike again. I'm as happy as a kid in a candy store, having supported the local small retailer with my purchase. The communication was excellent, both personally and professionally. Anyone who's a fan of the top brand MERIDA will definitely find something here. Of course, they also stock other top manufacturers.

My chain repair was completed within 24 hours. They also pumped up the tires and tightened the brakes without me even asking. This additional service was fantastic! I'm also very satisfied with the value for money.

I bought a Merida Scultura Endurance about 3-4 months ago, after test-riding two different bikes in my size. The advice was excellent without being pushy. It's a smaller shop than the big bike malls, but I feel like I'm getting excellent and honest support there. The first-time service was also top-notch. I find the prices very fair, including the accessories. Merida bikes fly a bit under the radar due to the Canyon and Rose hype, but you can find truly thoughtful, top-quality bikes from this manufacturer.

Super team
