At the beginning of this year, after a euphoric start to my golf career, I had half a set of irons fitted here: - Great selection - Friendly staff - Advice focused on me, not on the highest sales After a few months, the sand iron broke, a material defect for which Golfhouse was obviously not responsible. After consulting with Mr. Heyer, I immediately received a high-quality replacement iron, which I was able to use while waiting for my repaired iron. This level of customer service is the reason why I can recommend every passionate player to shop locally in Cologne – I would like to take this opportunity to officially thank you for this customer-friendly solution. I look forward to my next visit and purchase.

I've been a Golf House customer for a long time and have always been very satisfied. Even if I'm not in Cologne every time, the service is always top-notch. My 7 iron was repaired free of charge in two days – fantastic! I also bought a Callaway SP Opus wedge. Highly recommended!

Excellent, professional, and informative advice, including fitting. The pricing is fair, and the advice is objective and personalized, without simply recommending the most expensive product. I bought both an iron and a wooden set. Completely satisfactory, and I'll be back!

Very friendly people there. Even though the store is not huge as you may think it still has more to give than other Golf stars we were just looking but still ended up buying something If I could I would give more then 5 stars
