I highly recommend the shop "Hinterm Lenker Vertrieb von Fahrräder" (Behind the Handlebars Bicycle Sales). Excellent advice when buying a bicycle. I found a great bike; everything was explained very well and then perfectly adjusted to my size. Top-notch! :-)

Highly recommended!!! I wanted to wait a while before writing my review, as I wanted to test the fantastic Winora for daily road, field, and forest use. But now :) Yes, it's the right bike :) Everything's GREAT, gears perfect, smooth running... Good and friendly advice. Thank you for your patience and the quick implementation of my wishes.

Worst shop with the sleaziest salesperson since bike shops were invented. I wanted to take my bike in for repairs, and the salesperson started passive-aggressively asking me why I brought it in on a Saturday, followed by: "Your bike's saddle and tires are junk." Even better: when I complained that he kept tugging on other customers, and I felt like I was standing there stupidly, he gave me the disassembled bike and demanded money for it. The nerve!! Brick-and-mortar retail is dying because of amateurs like these! Simply impossible, and never again.

An extremely bad experience. We bought a used bicycle here for around €250. From the beginning, we had problems with the gears. The young man tried to repair it three times without success. After the third attempt, I wanted to return the bike (we were supposed to have a 6-month warranty). He refused. Simply a con artist.

Highly recommended! I've already bought a good bike there at a fair price. The advice is fantastic! Bike repairs are also quick, straightforward, and affordable. I've already dropped off bikes, children's bikes, and trailers and have always been satisfied. I'd be happy to come back!

After visiting several bike shops in Cologne, I came across this one. At first, I thought, "Used bikes, meh," but when I got there, I was amazed. They had nearly new bikes for half the price (compared to the others). I immediately picked one out and took it home. I'm very satisfied and can highly recommend them!

Excellent help! I had a minor accident and my bike was twisted, and my bell was missing. My brakes were also completely broken. He was so fast that it only took him 10 minutes to repair it. He was so kind and understanding and even gave me a discount! I will always come back to this bike shop when I need anything. Thank you for your service!!

We recently bought bikes for the whole family and are very happy with them! The selection of bikes is really large, they're all from well-known manufacturers, and they're all refurbished. You get a 6-month warranty with your purchase, which is practically unheard of in the Cologne area. The service was excellent, the price-performance ratio was great, and everything was quick and professional. Anyone looking for good used bikes will find what they're looking for here.
