Correct prices, the guy knows his stuff, he got my mother a Campanglo scar that was no longer available at Campagnolo Germany!!! 👍

Owner's response

Well, dear Uwe, your efforts were considerable. I wanted to (and thankfully was able to) continue helping you with your wonderful projects. Thanks for the lovely photos. Together we reach our goal.
...

Excellent service, always ready to listen and gives great advice. The price-performance ratio is exemplary; I have complete trust in him.

Owner's response

But that's a two-way street. Thank you very much.

The owner locked my bike because I was locked to his bike rack, which isn't marked as private. This is unbelievable behavior. Decide for yourself whether you want to have your bike repaired or do business with someone like that.

Owner's response

Congratulations on these wonderful words! I'm so glad to receive such insightful guidance for my future actions and decisions. Thank you!

...

The best guy ♥️ had only wanted to give me a colleague's address because he was about to go on vacation and still had a lot to do. In the end, he said, "Come in, maybe I can help after all." And he could! A blessing for me, 5 minutes of work for him. So uncomplicated, the best person and the best professionally. He knows things you only know if you LIVE cycling. And he does. HJ is a gift, both personally and professionally. And if you can't handle his personality, well, you just need to work on yourself 😉

I recently went to a bike factory to have a luggage rack installed. When I arrived at the workshop, a few customers were already waiting. After the owner had finished assembling another bike, he opened the roller door and took the bike outside for a test ride. Then he returned to the workshop. After he was back inside, I closed the roller door without being asked. Note: it was -1.5°C outside that day, and I wanted to be helpful and keep the cold out. Then the drama unfolded: to my complete surprise, I was asked in a choleric manner: "How could I possibly close the door? There are still bikes outside that could be stolen. I wouldn't go into a supermarket and just close a door!" I found his reaction completely excessive, absolutely unpleasant, and downright threatening! The man refused to calm down, quite the opposite. Remember: I simply closed the roller door without being asked. My words, "I just wanted to help you" and "I didn't mean any harm," were completely ignored. My repeated requests to calm down had the complete opposite effect. Finally, he took my bike (which was in the workshop), pushed it out, and said goodbye, saying, "Get out of here, I don't need customers like that." The bike factory is absolutely not recommended. I will never go there again.

Owner's response

You forgot that I even linked the contact to frame welding beforehand. Have a good trip... (look within yourself and don't try to badmouth other CREATIVE people). Most of my CUSTOMERS know that!

This bike easily earned 5 stars from me. New bike – bought elsewhere – and on the very first ride, which was a bit longer than just to the bakery, the chain broke... you can imagine my disappointment. Luckily, this honest, friendly guy with his shop was just around the corner. A piece of cake for him. He saved my day. It's wonderful that shops and people like this still exist! I know where I'm buying my next bike! Right here!

Owner's response

Thanks, Lukas. Let me know how it goes!

After 10 business days, I went to the bike shop to ask about the repair. Since I need my bike every day, I wanted to go there in person to check. The answer I got was: "You can take it back." (unrepaired) When I said I'd like to, the man went ballistic. He insulted me, threatened me, and got so close I could smell his beer breath. I'll never go to that shop again. Unbelievable.

Applause, applause

If you're looking for someone experienced and passionate... A very competent and passionate cycling professional. My first choice! Materials usually have to be ordered, which I'm happy to order here; it's more environmentally friendly for me. Good luck in the future!

Owner's response

Thank you so much. That gives us a boost.

Excellent service! For a big triathlon, I urgently needed a second hand racing bike for a decent price and in good condition. A friend of mine recommended Hans-Jürgen as she had known him for a long time and always gets her own bike check-ups in his Radfabrik. After a few messages I decided to stop by to test one of the bikes he had suggested. I really liked the feel of the bike, we did a good fitting and I am still super happy with my purchase! What I like as well about his shop is that Hans-Jürgen is a true local who knows his stuff about bikes. Ask him about his history, he will have lots of interesting cycling stories to share :-)

Owner's response

It was a lot of fun.
