Very friendly, both on the phone and in person. I had my ice skates sharpened there – €8. I think that's very fair! Great shop.

I bought ice hockey skates for my son for the first time. The service was relaxed, friendly, and competent. There was no pressure to buy anything, and they took their time. We paid for the skates, but since we were out cycling, we left them there. The only downside was that they hadn't thought about the initial sharpening – so we had to wait even longer when we picked them up.

I contacted the shop by phone beforehand and specifically asked if they offered a service to remove dents from figure skates. This was clearly confirmed. We then drove all the way from Düsseldorf to Cologne. However, we were extremely disappointed when we arrived. These were very high-quality, professional figure skates worth approximately €400. The employee in charge of the service used large pliers to remove the dents, significantly damaging the skates in the process. Visible marks were left in the material, the hooks for the laces were forced into the leather, causing it to tear, and the hooks were subsequently completely deformed. The entire procedure seemed very unprofessional. When we inquired further, we were simply told that "there was no other way" and that they couldn't help us. No solution or responsible handling of the damage was offered. Overall, we are very dissatisfied and disappointed, especially since we had consciously chosen to travel there based on the prior assurance, and the damage was done to a high-quality product.

Excellent service – calm, patient, and professionally outfitted our son today (a complete ice hockey kit). Many thanks to the two young men for that. Prices vary, but there's no pressure to buy anything; they genuinely find the right fit. A huge selection, with something for everyone, whether it's indoor sports or ice hockey. We'll definitely be back! 😃

I traveled all the way from Munich to finally get my hands on some decent figure skates. (Not so easy for men!) The contact via email was super friendly. The guys there were very friendly and funny. I had them fitted, heat-molded, and sharpened. If they still pinched after the break-in period, they offered to just come back again. My conclusion: Fast, friendly, and a great result. I couldn't find anything like that in my area. I'm looking forward to my new skates from Cologne, from you guys!

Highly recommended! My girlfriend and I were looking for ice skates here and received excellent advice. The selection is fantastic – from professional models to great beginner skates. The trip to Cologne was definitely worth it!

Last Thursday (December 29, 2023), we took our daughter to the store to buy new ice skates. We traveled about 200 km, but it was absolutely worth the trip: the service was truly first-class and exceptionally friendly. There were several models to choose from, and the prices varied considerably. However, we weren't pressured into buying the expensive models at all; instead, the advantages of each model were explained very objectively and thoroughly. Ultimately, we opted for the more expensive option, but the decision was entirely ours. Our daughter went straight to the ice skating center the next day. Her verdict: "What a difference compared to my old skates! It's a completely different skating experience!" This was exactly what the sales assistant had predicted... We can wholeheartedly recommend this store and will definitely be back. All the best and continued success to you. Greetings from Osnabrück!

The Hockey Shop Cologne is a small but very well-equipped shop where you can find something for every type of ice skating. The staff is very helpful and was able to assist me, as a beginner, in this area. They offered me services such as sharpening my skates and other adjustments. The shop is simply top-notch and highly recommended.
