During my purchase on 22 January 2026, I experienced a clear price tag error. The product was clearly marked as €40, yet a much higher price was charged at the checkout. What made the situation worse was the rude and indifferent attitude of the staff. When I pointed out the price discrepancy, it was simply ignored. To make matters even more unacceptable, the Tax Free document was carelessly thrown into the shopping bag, which is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This level of service is far below the standards expected from an international retailer like JD Sports.

Wow, I truly can’t believe how rude these people were to me. I came here 2 days ago desperate for a new pair of shoes. I walked around for a while trying to get some help. I finally got someone to talk to me, but after asking if her spoke English, he looked me up and down and told me to speak to his colleague and walked off. His colleague just ignored me for 5 minutes and wouldn’t even look at me, so I ended up just walking out again in absolute disgust. I was prepared to spend up to 200 Euro for some decent walking shoes. What an absolute disgrace of a shop and customer service. I have left this city with no desire to ever return or spend my money here.

This store has tons of great products at good prices. However this shop needs work! One cashier open (four pay points downstairs and three upstairs), with more than 25 to 30 people waiting to pay in the queue. Staff getting shoes were terrible, waited for 15 minutes and shoes still never came from the back, after asking multiple times! Outstandingly bad!

Horrible store where the seller attacked me also pushed me and threw me out of the store and cursed with obscene words, because I wanted to buy a T-shirt that was hanging on a mannequin, and he did not want to sell it to me. I will definitely contact the police and this person will be punished.

Zero brain of staff. I asked to the black guy who is working on the ground floor for a pair of shoes to try. Then he asked me for the one “I took” instead they were standing in front of him. And insisted on that I have!!! Teach your team not to accuse customers of robbery!!!

This is the weirdest place ever! Yesterday they did not allow us to try things on and it was 7:30pm. The store closes at 8pm. Today, they did not allow us to try things on the third floor, where there is a man’s changing room. They made us go to the women’s floor, where… the changing rooms were locked and the employee explained that she can only unlock 2 of the rooms?!? What even? There were two rooms just locked and I had to wait extra… this is not how you treat customers. Worst experience ever

The price was increased to 65€ upon purchase even though the price tag clearly showed 60! Apple pay was not accepted, required physical card (likely to save a few more cents per transaction), and the staff looked tired and apathetic. Price-wise they're also adding a good percentage on top, overall not recommended.

Very poor service, 30 minutes to find the shoes and counting 3 staff involved. All clueless. More interested in posing and checking socials. Finally found they had sold a mis matched pair

I went there when were a lot of discounts and great prices for shoes. You can find numerous brands and models. The personell was nice and helped me to find the size I needed. The overall experience was nice and I will return. Recommend this place.
